IRS: Collecting the Communist Slave Tax

Updated: 08-12-22

From the second plank of the Communist Manifesto

"A heavy progressive or graduated income tax........."

While the ding bats in Washington are complaining about how the IRS misuses it's "authority" for political purposes, the fact is that the income tax is a communist tax.  The concept of the income tax is a principle right out of the Communist Manifesto.  And while these congressmen feign outrage at the IRS, the fact is that the IRS is doing what it is supposed to do.  It is a form of the Gestapo, and many people fear this organization.  Of course, many Presidents in the past have used the IRS as a political weapon, so it is no big deal that Obama is doing the same thing.  The real outrage should be that the income tax exists at all.  And the reason it is a slave tax is because most people must work in order to support themselves.  Thus, any fruit of their labor should be theirs and theirs alone.  Men, women, and children are not property of the state.  They were born with a gift from God which is the ability to work and to earn their keep.  The income tax takes away that gift from God and attempts to put all of mankind under a form of slavery.  Income tax takes money from one group of people such as the producers, and then gives the money to the suckers or non producers.  This is done under the threat of violence.
As a former "tax protester", I too asked the question "show me the law" that imposes an income tax on me.  Of course, we never get a responsive answer from the IRS and we are stonewalled at every turn in attempting to determine what exactly imposes any liability upon anyone.  And in recent times, Marc Stevens asked IRS lawyer "Kimberly Clark"  may questions about facts that show that the constitution and the codes are applicable to his client.  What facts do you rely upon that shows that a person has taxable income?  What facts do you have that the internal revenue code applies to me?  These are crucial questions that should be asked when dealing with the IRS.  But they will never responsively answer these questions.  Thus, when they take someone to court, they put on their dog and pony show to distract the attention away from their burden of proof, and shift the proceedings to make the defendant prove that he doesn't owe any tax.  This is deadly, and many people, including myself have been put in prison because we refused to accept the lie.

Income tax and communism is a system of theft

Who is it that has the authority to take money from one group of people and then give it to another?  The real answer is: no one.  Income tax violates the natural law and common sense.  If a man works; then he keeps his money; otherwise, he is a slave.  Now, he isn't a slave as in physical chains, but he is a slave because need must participate within an economic system with other people.  Since money is used for exchange of goods and services, anyone who forcibly takes money from a man, woman, or a child is a thief. Thus, those people who run the government are thieves and they are arrogant people.  Why?  Because they like to steal money from other people and then use it for their own agenda.  If I work for money, then I am entitled to the full amount.  Anything less is a system of slavery.

Forced payment of interest

Lending money with usury or interest is considered stealing by most religions, especially within the Judeo/Christian belief systems.  Yet, you will hardly ever a rabbi or a "Christian" preacher teach against it.  In fact, most of the people in their churches have mortgages and they are disobeying God's commandments.  In the case of income tax, it is a forced payment of interest on the "national debt."  All income tax money goes to pay interest and none of it goes for the operation of the government according to the Grace Commission Report 1984, ""100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt ... all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government."   So we can clearly see that the imposition of income tax is actually in direct violation of God's commandments: "Thou shalt not steal."  And in an early Christian writing called the Apocalypse of Peter, there is a special place in hell for those people who lent money with usury.
Income tax as we know it today, is completely immoral and violates God's commandments.  Whether a government says this or that, the fact remains that it is in dire conflict with the commandments and natural law.  To steal money from the man who worked for it is an abomination even it it is the "government" that is doing the stealing.  After all, who gave any man the authority to steal money from another man? The people in government think they are gods and this is why I call them assholes.  Sorry for the language, but nothing else is accurate to reflect the abject evil of government as we know it today.  They promote the income tax through violence and intimidation, and not because a man has some kind of a legal duty.  If anything, under God's laws, a man has a duty to obey God's commandments, which would mean he doesn't have any obligation to pay any tax if he doesn't agree to do it.

Governments who fall short of the commandments or natural law have no authority

Whether it is income tax, unjust wars, idolatry, lying, or swearing oaths, these offenses towards God the creator will bring havoc upon the land, and this is what we are seeing today.  No one in government has any right to violate God's commandments.  They are not Gods and they do not reflect the will of God.  To violently steal money from people who work is an abomination.

Violence is not authority

Violence has nothing good going for it.  It produces even more distrust and hatred, and it is the tool of the miscreants.  Only a completely satanic system would bomb defenseless men, women, and children for some kind of political or religious idea.  God created everyone to have their own being and all men, regardless of race, must live within the natural order.  Once the natural order is breached, life becomes miserable.  And this is what we are experiencing today. The government is so evil that is infects everything that it touches.

Governments must conform to natural law

A government should never violate the natural laws or the commandments.  However, today's governments think that they are God's "agents" or have a "divine right", but if that were true, they wouldn't violate the commandments like they do now.  Income tax is a direct violation of the natural law, and there is absolutely no justification for it whatsoever.  Man's laws can never successfully usurp God's laws.  If Congress passed an Act to Outlaw Gravity, do you think nature would be impressed?  Or if the President issued an order that the sun should not rise until an hour later, do you think the natural order would comply?  All of mankind is expected by the creator to live within that natural order and there can never be any laws that usurp that order.

Income tax is communist

The income tax is a brutal tool of the communist form of slavery.  Congressmen and other govtards that think the people have any "faith" in the income tax system are even more delusional than the people upon whom they inflict such a tax.  As we watch the scandal of the IRS unfold, we will see just how corrupted that system is and there will be no reforms done to fix any problems.  This will continue until the income tax is terminated.  And that's what needs to happen.  If the income tax was terminated, the economy would pick up steam, families could support themselves, and unemployment would all but disappear.  But the purpose of income tax to to make "wage slaves" of the people for their working years.  So, until the people stop accepting their own slavery, the same old thing will continue.  Just remember, if you support the use of income tax, you are a communist.  And to be a communist or a socialist is to be a very despicable example of a man or a woman.

Suicidal Marketing 1.0: J.C. Penney

Having been in sales and marketing most of my career, I have always known the fundamental principle of not offending or pissing off my customers.  Whether it was when I owned my own manufacturing company or whether I was just a sales rep, it was always obvious to me that you never offend your customers.  However, I have seen corporations shoot themselves in the foot by making ridiculous rules for their sales reps as if they were shooting their own race horses.  In the case of J.C. Penney, this company screwed up so bad, that the results were even worse than what I expected.  I have never seen such a marketing implosion of a corporation that was so massive in its size as the one with J.C. Penney.

      Let's look at the facts:
  • From February 2012 to the day of this writing, the stock fell from around $35.00 to $17.26 on the day of this writing.
  • Ron Johnson became the CEO who was formerly the head of Apple's successful computer stores.  Did Ron Johnson all of a sudden forget how to do retail?  I don't think so.
  • Ellen Degeneres outspoken lesbian and a general pain-in-the-ass becomes J.C. Penney's spokesperson offending at east 80-90% of their market.  People with good morals, families, and who work for a living were offended at this choice along with the offensive advertising.  Here is a nationally known corporation promoting the homosexual agenda in some very unseemly ways in their advertising.
  • Same store sales have declined from 25%-30% and maybe even higher.  Any sales decline like this is absolutely devastating especially if it is self-inflicted.
  • J.C. Penney trimmed 43,000 much needed jobs because they simply cannot afford to keep them given their dismal sales figures.
Offensive Marketing

Some are blaming Ron Johnson because he doesn't seem to know much about retail.  I just don't believe than anymore than Tim Tebow all of a sudden forgot how to throw a football.  The real culprit in the sales decline, in my opinion, is having Ellen Degeneres (French word for degenerate--they tell you who they are) as their spokesperson. Many people were offended by this display of pandering to the homos and many people decided to stay away from the stores.  The company paid a very heavy price for their stupidity and it look like the corporate equivalent of a Jim Jones punch bowl party.  But would they admit that?  No.  They try to blame it on the lack of coupons and discount sales.
It gets worse.  Now they are putting out even more idiotic advertising "apologizing" to the people and they are almost begging them to come back to the stores.  In looking at the comments section of this YouTube link, other people are blaming the decline of sales and stock prices directly on the choice of their spokesperson.  I wonder how much money are they willing to lose in promotion of the homosexual agenda?

Pushing the homosexual agenda

It seems to me it would have been much easier to have never allowed a politically explosive issue has homosexuality to become a part of their marketing program.  Most people who are heterosexual are sick and tired of having homos push and shove their agenda down our collective throats.  Most homos are obnoxious, nasty, and they are extremely perverted in their behavior.  These people are sick in the head if only because they are proud to be perverts.  But the people who would normally spend their money and JC Penney were extremely offended by this ad campaign and they stayed away from the store in droves.  People stayed away because they were upset over the homosexual message.  The easiest way to protest this nonsense is to simply stay away from the store, and this is exactly what happened.  Most people are just sick and tired of hearing about homosexuals and their stupid agenda.  The only intent for this is to destroy the family and thereby destroying society.  And that's what is so idiotic that JC Penney would offend 70-80% of the customer base that would normally shop at their store.  This is what I call Suicidal Marketing 1.0

Boycotts work

What happened is that people were so offended by the use of homos in their marketing, that they simply stopped going to their stores.  And really, that is the best way to protest; just stop spending money in stores that offend your sensibilities.  I always used to shop at JC Penney and I haven't spent a penny there since this all started.  There were some organized and unorganized boycotts, but the fact is their sales went down because people just aren't going to support a company with such low moral standards.  If I find a company that is offensive to my moral beliefs, I simply do not spend any money there if I can get the items somewhere else.  With all of the choices in retail sales, I can generally find the same items at another store that doesn't offend my sensibilities.

Who's next?

Professional sports have been relatively homo free with the exception now of the NBA who had a player who "came out" as a homosexual.  Will the NFL be next?  Will they drink the poisoned punch of the homosexual agenda?  Professional sports are popular because these games are the one place one can go and forget about things for awhile.  But once these sports leagues decide to promote the homosexual agenda, they should expect the same percentage of sales losses that we've seen with JC Penney.  It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out.  Suicidal Marketing 1.0 is all about destroying your own market and JC Penney is a textbook example of what not to do with your sales and marketing.

Is Tim Tebow Being Shut Out of the NFL?

I'm going to give my opinion that I think Tim Tebow has been targeted by certain satanic groups to be pushed out of the NFL.  Tebow is an "out-of-the-box" player and personality.  He was the first Heisman Trophy winner who was homeschooled.  Tebow has moral standards that are "Christian" and he displays his beliefs very openly.  But Christians who speak openly of their faith are persecuted for it, while degenerate homosexuals are celebrated by the press and media for "coming out."  Even worse for Tebow (not really) he claims to be a virgin and is keeping himself for a future wife.  This is almost unheard of in our society today.  Usually, it was the woman who would do that; not a man.  But Tebow has managed to become an accomplished NFL star and apparently has been able to maintain his own personal virtue.

NFL Panders to the Occult

During the Superbowl half-time performances in the last few years, the performers have profusely used satanic symbols.  These shows are such wretched things to watch, that for me it takes away from the fun of the football game.  In addition, the NFL is going to pander to homosexuals who represent such a small part of their viewing population.  However, the people in Denver loved Tim Tebow as he exhibited virtue.  I'm sure he's not perfect, but his faith, good field performance, and his good personal behavior was a big hit to the fans in Denver.  But to the powers that be, there cannot be an virtue.  No, to them, they must give the viewing public more and more luciferian drivel to infect the minds of everyone who views that trash.  I actually had to turn off the half-time show in order to keep my lunch down.

Tebow's Football Record

No one gets a Heisman Trophy for being a bad football player.  Some say that Tebow was an unconventional performer, but the bottom line is that he won games.  He does what he has to do to win.  Tebow gets results.  But the pathetic media can't have a homeschooer, Christian man, who is not a homosexual get the fans all fired up.  No, no, no, but they will announce to the the public various homosexual players who will be "coming out" as if homosexuality were a virtue rather than a severe personality disorder.
It appears to me that the NFL (not for long) is attempting to destroy Tebow's football career by moving from one bad spot to another.  Tebow brought the Broncos to an AFC championship with many come-from-behind performances in the 4th quarter.  Regardless of anyone's criticisms, the man got the job done.  His only drawback is that he exhibited too many virtues.  If he was a some kind of pervert, he would have been hailed by the media as an up and coming star, but since he exhibits good behavior, the media will hate his guts.

Satanists hate virtue

Satanists in the media love debauchery, so Tim Tebow who is saving his virgin for marriage suddenly is a faiure in football?  Tebow isn't a good quarterback?  All of a sudden he is a fluke who just got lucky?  That Tebow's football days are probably over?  The media wallows in the pain and suffering of a man who believes in God.  The media skunks love Satan and hate Tebow.  Why am I not surprised?  What is interesting is that I estimate that 75-90% of the football audience loves Tebow and the example that he provides for young people.  Tebow doesn't fit into the new world order agenda of complete family debauchery and social dysfunction.

NFL and NBA to go the way of JC Penney?

I wrote an article on this blog expressing my belief that JC Penney would commit one of the worst marketing blunders in the history of man.  I'm sure they pissed off at least 75-80% of their market by hiring lesbian Helen Degeneres.  If those people were like me, I just stopped buying at their stores.  They blame the poor sales because they lacked the special deals.  People don't want the homosexual agenda shoved down their throats with aggressive promoting of the homosexual perversion.  This has to be one of the worst marketing decisions I've seen and I figured the sales would tank.  When Helen was hired as their spokes-butch, JC Penney stock was at around $35.00 per share and now the stock is at $17.00 per share.  People are being put out of work and stores are closing, all because someone told the company to pander to homos.  The worse marketing mistakes is to piss off 80% of your customers.
Will the NFL and NBA go the way of JC Penney?  I'm thinking it is certainly possible.  I enjoy football and basketball but I'm not going to watch these games any longer as I do not wish to support the satanic agenda of homosexuality.  Professional sports to me was like an escape from reality without the political and psychotic agenda of homosexuals.  Now, that has been breached, and it will be downhill from now on.  I'm not going to watch anymore games.  Because the next bunch of crap I will hear from the sports announcers is how "courageous" these players are to come out of the closet.  This is a pathetic example for young children who could be destroyed by their bad example.
To keep glorifying perverted behavior is a part of the new world order psycho agenda.  This is worse than a nuclear attack.  You can't do more damage to society than you can with the homosexual agenda.
Compare that with the uplifting adventures of Tim Tebow who set a much better example for young people. So based on what I can observe, Tebow is being shut out of the NFL for promoting virtue. I guess the saying is true: No good deed goes unpunished.  Do gooders may be punished, but evil people will destroy themselves.  I'm looking forward to the sales figures for the NFL and the NBA..I feel another JC Penney coming down the pike.

Update: June 11, 2013  Tim Tebow just signed with the New England Patriots and I wish him well with his new team.  It looks like a good fit for him and now I'll go ahead and continue to watch football games.

By What Authority?

From the time I was a little boy, I was always questioning authority.  It wasn't that I couldn't accept authority, it was about where does this authority come from and who is entitled to use it?  How is it that one man can get authority over another?  Some religions say that their authority comes from God, and some say that their authority comes from some piece of paper with some scribble on it  hidden somewhere in some museum.   I'm going to give you my observations about authority and the problems that arise when people give their lives over to professional, political, and even religious authority.

Authority by power backed up by violence
Ultimately, the people in charge are the ones who exercise the most violence.  The people in government and most religious groups have no problem committing murder to get their way with men and women.  Millions upon millions of people have been slaughtered in the name of the state, STATE, or State.  And to what purpose does it serve to murder people.  To the statist, it means that they can control almost every aspect of a man's life just because of the threat of violence.  And that's how our government works today.  Some say that government is a necessary evil, but I say that evil is never necessary as evil produces nothing good for anyone.  I don't think the God who created us intended for us to live in so much misery, if he did, then everything he created would look bad and be a miserable experience to live in.  Most people want to live; that's what we do.  The idea of killing or injuring someone is repugnant to most people.  Killing people seems to be the general mode of operation of all governments.  They do it in many different ways, but the end result of government is chaos, destruction, and death.

Authority by lies
The lie is the most destructive tool in the arsenal of government.  With the lie, they are able to twist and distort the facts and get millions of people to believe in things that are destructive and evil.  There seems to be no end to the lies.  One of the most disgusting ways government lies is that they write their "codes" or "laws" with redefining words to mean one thing when another is intended.  This also makes it virtually impossible to have any rational discussion in any court and I doubt that many lawyers understand it.  In order to discover the true intent of any legislation, one has to read the definitions first.  In some US Codes, the same word or group of words can be defined and redefined many times over.  The words "United States" is defined with untold multiple meanings.
So, by what authority does anyone's scribble have over any man or woman?  I don't think it has any authority because that authority has never been established.  The words are changed into terms and we have the odd experience of truthfully being lied to right in front of our collective faces.  Thus, it is almost impossible to attempt to understand any of their scribbles when the definitions of words are changed into "terms."

Authority to steal
The government steals from the substance of the people by way of taxes.  Taxes are simply stealing in the name of the state, STATE,  or State.  Whenever the substance or the fruit of a man's labor is taken by one group or another, under the natural law that would be stealing.  All men are entitled to all of the fruit of their labor.  This is a natural law as well as a scriptural one.  Mankind's existence does not depend on the state; thus, it would seem that taxes are not necessary for the existence of anyone other than the leeches that occupy the offices of the government.  The government seems to have a way of making the unlawful; lawful with their statutes, codes, and regulations.  Income tax is just a slave tax that steals from the labor of those who work for a living.

Abandoning responsibility over a person's life
Most of us have learned that we need authority over our lives in order to have a functional society.  However, just looking around my world, I see little to no benefit to government as we know it because government is not capable of improving anything, unless it is to fill their coffers with "other people's" money.
I think the reason why these authorities are so much a part of our lives is that we don't want to the responsibility to live in a manner where we simply take care of ourselves and make our own way.  We listen to doctors, lawyers, financial "experts", teachers, police, and a whole array of "professionals" to tell us what to do and when to do it.  The problem comes when the population stops thinking for themselves and relies upon these "professionals" to guide their thoughts and actions.  Many people don't like to think for themselves and they don't want to do anything for themselves.  They would rather have these professional liars make these decisions for them.  It is the ultimate system of intellectual laziness.

Divine Right?
Many political and religious leaders have made the claim that they have been appointed by God to be his representative on earth, and that the people should obey him.  However, I don't believe God would be that stupid to allow any one man to have that kind of authority.  And by looking at their actions throughout history, the evidence of their poor behavior shows that God gave them no such rights.

Authority of natural law
Natural laws have worked just fine and continue to work since the creation of the heavens and the earth.  There's really no disputing the natural laws as they are what they are and they will continue to be that way forever or until the end; whenever that may be.  So when I hear a commandment from the scribble, I then look to nature and see if I can confirm it.  If I can, then that's what I use and I don't worry about the things I don't understand.  I simply set those things aside until I get the correct understanding of the issue.  I have found this to work the best because I seem to make fewer errors.  I don't like to listen to other men any longer, I simply pay attention to the things that God created and try to live within the boundaries of natural law.  The things that truly established are the true authority the way God created it.

Conclusion
If a government cannot stay within the boundaries of natural law, then it truly has no authority and it is not good for anything.  The endless cycles of wars and mayhem are the evidence of no authority.  God made everything just right, so who are we to establish something that is contrary to peaceful living?  Using the government as a social pacifier is not working and the end result will be more pain and suffering.  It's much better to keep ones life within the boundaries of what God has intended and to simply discard the rest as useless garbage.  How to make that happen is something I'm working on, and I think about it almost every day.  I wonder what life would be without these maniac govtards killing and stealing from people.  Therefore, any government that cannot stay within the natural order that God created has no reason to exist.

Value of Religion

Corrupted Religions

The main problem with religions is that I believe that they are all corrupted in some form or fashion. And I also believe that they have little to no value to mankind as it isn't possible that they reflect God in any way.  If you take any of the writings whether they be the Bible or the Quran, every group or sect will corrupt the meaning of the text; assuming the texts are even accurate.  My experience is with Christianity but I have read the Quran, and I suspect that Islam is just as corrupted as anything else.  What stands out to me is that I don't think God established any of these religions, because I don't think he is that stupid or inconsistent.  We all have to live in the same environment and breath the same air.  We are all subject to the natural laws such as gravity, so that in my view, there can only be one god and there is only one set of laws by which mankind is governed.  I suspect that the commandments that mirror the natural laws are the ones that work well for everyone.  I suspect the reason for the hatred of Islam stems from the bankers who what to put the Middle East under the system of usury and interest.  My guess is that is the real reason Libya and Iraq were both destroyed.  To their credit, Muslims actually understand that usury is a sin and they don't have it in their banking systems.  Usury/interest violate the natural laws.  While most religions have a lot of good things in their teachings, it is my opinion that those good things are used to cover up their evil intentions by creating chaos and discord where none should exist.  A lot of Muslims are masonic freaks too; just like the so-called Christians.  I'm of the opinion that religions sow more discord throughout the world than most anything else.

Religion is like a car that won't start. No matter how many times you turn the key, the thing won't get on the road.  It just sits there in a clump of mind-numbing poppycock.  I've never seen religion that accurately conforms to their own teachings or the alleged "word of God."

I give up on religions as they are not worth the aggravation, but I do believe in God and I think his commandments and the natural laws are the way to improve life--religions do not do that.
Spiritual ideals must always be tested against the commandments which are in harmony with natural law.  It is just too easy to stand up and say the most evil things and then state that God is speaking.  Millions of people have died because of this stupidity.

I have to give credit to Muslims in that their women are more attractive in a lot of ways because they are more modest in their appearance.  I'm not talking about the burka, but in general, they just seem to have a more modest and pleasing in appearance than the western culture of T and A.

What we should be looking at is the conduct of the people in these groups and then match them up with the commandments and the natural law.  If their conduct is good, then maybe they have something good going for them; but it is probably a result and fruit of their good conduct and not the religion.  But unfortunately, my experience with religions is that they are all corrupted.

Getting closer to God?

If there is one thing that fulminates hatred among mankind, then it is religion.  And following a close second it would be bad government. (I've never seen good government.) And many times, one cannot tell the difference between government and religion.  Both government and religion depend upon a set of written rules--which I call scribble--to lay an extremely inconsistent foundation of so-called "laws."  However, it has been my experience that there aren't too many people who can sit down and read that garbage without walking away thinking that the government and the religions are completely insane.  How can one get closer to God with such nonsense. The telltale sign are the gross inconsistencies of the scribble and the actions of the players.  I do not believe that religion is a refuge for the spirit or the soul.  The only refuge that I see would be that of the God who created all of us and his natural law.

The creator

The only refuge I see is the God who created us and his natural law.  Natural law is the only valid law because it can always be confirmed; it cannot be counterfeited like a scribble.  Natural law works extremely well 24/7 and none of us have to guess what it means.

Religious nonsense...

Compare that with religions.  They have holy water, genuflect, kneel down with their butts in the air, have multiple hand signals, jump up and down looking for a spirit of some kind, reading scribbles upon scribbles, lighting themselves on fire, worshiping animals, singing songs, lighting candles, making statutes, a multitude of symbols,  and the nonsense is endless.  To what purpose do these things serve?  Does anyone think God himself, the creator, actually instituted all of these different religions?  Apparently they do otherwise they wouldn't exist.

Evaluating religious groups...

Because my experience is mostly with the "Christian" religion, I have seen so much doctrinal error in every group that it boggles my mind how people can attend these groups.  What I found was an almost complete disregard by pastors for the text of the Bible and what it says.  So where ever the truth lies, it certainly wouldn't be within any religious group that I am aware of because I have examined their doctrines and have found them wanting in consistency.  The way I see it is that there can only be one true way to believe in God and whoever has all of the truth is the one that gets it right.  We are all created in the same way and we are all subject to the same natural law.  This is why I evaluate a religion with their consistency with natural law.  I have found all religions that I have examined wanting in common sense and right reason.  And false religious rituals will create all kinds of problems, so why do them?  So here's what I do when considering a group:
  • Do I think that God would institute such an organization?            Yes or no
  • Does this group consistently follow their own teachings?             Yes or no
  • Am I comfortable in hating another group of people?                   Yes or no
  • Does this organization teach hatred of other men and women?     Yes or no
  • Is this group going to help me be a better man?                             Yes or no
  • Does it teach conformance with the natural law?                           Yes or no
My thinking here is that religions seem to take a lot of the truth about God and then twist it to their own agenda and advantage, thereby making the religious experience worse than not having any of it.
Every time I joined a religious group, nothing but trouble came my way.  Things went wrong, and all kinds of nonsense infected my life.  Once I got a brain, and withdrew from religion, everything got much better and life is now more peaceful.  But I didn't withdraw from the God who created me.  But I have to accept the fact that I don't know everything and that the real learning about God, doesn't accurately come from any book, but it comes from living a good life within the natural law.  That's my experience and that's what I have seen.

Make Your Own Future

One of the most daunting decisions young people have to make is trying to figure out what type of career they want to follow and how do they get there.  Back in July of 2012, I posted a book review of Aaron Clarey's Worthless.  I found the book to be quite thought provoking and I wish I had read it 46 years ago when I was floundering in college.  My problem with "higher" education is that the material I was studying was doing absolutely nothing to increase my marketable skills.  I was learning nothing more than the same old useless claptrap: evolution, communism, and socialism.  These are not the type of subject matter that improves a person's skills that can be marketed to businesses.
And recently, the disgusting wretch of a newspaper The New York Times, now states that the college degree is the new high school diploma that is required to get even the most menial jobs such as a file clerk in an office.  How does a young person justify a $100,000.00 loan for a job that pays $10-$12.00 per hour?  That doesn't make any sense to me and I suspect the reason for this article is to help pump up enrollment at these failed universities and colleges.

If college grads are so smart then.........

If the country is being threatened with an economic collapse, then let's go to the source of the problem.  Since most govtards (government workers, corporations, and political leaders) have college educations, you would think that since they are so smart, the economy would run smoothly and we would have fewer problems.  However, that is not the case because the economic and political system is structurally dysfunctional.  The reason for this is because the economic and political principles taught in universities and colleges don't work.  No matter how many degrees a person has will not help him in making practical decisions that benefit everyone.  He will only make decisions that profit the state and the people who run it.  By the state, I mean the whole collection of govtards, education, and corporate types.  To be a part of the government, one has to be a thug, and this is why communism and socialism are promoted in colleges.  They can't call it Thug University, so they pass off communism and socialism as some kind of enlightened economic principles.  These are then pushed off on the rest of the population with the resulting effect of having a slave state.  But it must be okay because these are smart people, they have degrees.  Yet, their failures are indisputable and the wreckage of these misadventures is self-evident.  And so the New York Times thinks we need more college grads?  Consider the source, the New York Times is a dinosaur of the past.  And I believe that modern "education" is also a failed dinosaur of the past, and that a true education is that of developing ones skills to the best of their ability.

If it doesn't work, let's do it some more!

In order to understand this properly, we have to understand that the whole structure of our system is built upon evil.  As a result, the fruit of the evil tree is evil and it is also stupid.  But you see, that's the whole point of it.  In their minds, it is supposed to be evil and it is supposed to be stupid and the rest of the people are supposed to enjoy the failures.  So, let me ask you young people, are these failures going to be the foundation of your life?  Are you really going to go to college, incur lots of debt for a job you probably wouldn't want regardless of your education?  Are you really wanting to go to college only to come out dumber than you are already? Remember, dumb and stupid is the intent of the school system as it is structured today.  The only exception is if you're actually learning some marketable skills.

The market rules an economy

Regardless of what the govtards say, it is the market that rules an economy.  The government is nothing but an extortion racket with a badge and the air of authority.  If anything, the government ruins good businesses and eliminates competition which is the whole purpose of communism, socialism, or fascism.  The market is the place where people sell their goods or services at hopefully a profit.  Here, I'll give you the only economic lesson you'll ever need:  buy low; sell high.  Of course, you'll need a product or service that people want.  The rest is just style and technique.  Whatever you have to do to get that accomplished, that's what you do to start securing your future career.  There are all kinds of opportunities for young people to make money if they would just use the time they don't spend in school, but rather develop marketable skills that they can sell to other people.

Example of a success

I met some newlyweds (don't see many of those anymore) in town, and they were just getting started putting their lives together and trying to get ahead.  The young man told me that he didn't have much of a formal education but did have some college.  However, he has lots of computer skills in graphics, html, Joomla, web design, and various computer languages.  He spent a lot of time learning these skills for over five years, hanging around people who knew how to do the work.  He came by my place and told me that he had secured a very high paying job from one of the companies that develops software for mobile phones.  This is just one of many instances that I know about where young people can get good jobs without a college degree, but their skills must be relevant to the marketplace.

My suggestion is to take some truthful inventory about your skills and ability. At about 30 years old I looked in the mirror and asked myself : "Do I want to be doing this kind of work for the rest of my life?"  I was a musician at the time, and I couldn't see myself doing that as an old man.  But that didn't bother me so much as I just didn't have the ability nor the desire to be really good.  But I was good at other things, so rather than continue in music, I simply changed careers, and became quite good at sales and marketing.  I had virtually no training in sales and marketing yet I could do it.  So, the idea here is to take inventory of yourself, and then set a realistic course of what you think you can achieve, keeping in mind that if you need any kind of formal training to do that, then a college or university may be needed.

Examine the marketplace

Look at what people and businesses want and then develop the skills to put yourself into a position of either getting a job, or being hired as a consultant or contract labor.  Working for yourself eliminates the dire consequences of being laid off.  In a "bad" economy, self-employed people won't be laying themselves off, but may not make as much money as they had in a "good" economy.  Your skills and ability adjusted to the marketplace is they way you keep your financial future secure.  In examining the marketplace, try to figure out a good fit between your own interests and ability and the careers that are available.  If you do work for a corporation, then make sure you have all the skills necessary to do a great job.

If you plan to work in offices, then it is important to have the skills to do the work.  This is what I would do if I was starting over:
  • Learn to type a 50-75 words per minute
  • Master Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs
  • Take some speech and communication courses
  • Learn some practical math
  • Master the English language, if you have a second language that's even better as companies will always hire people who can speak several languages.
  • Develop some sales and marketing skills as you will need them to find some work.  Those skills blend in with the speech and communication courses.
These are just basic skills, but you will be a lot farther along than sitting around feeling sorry for yourself wondering why the world is passing you by.  The skills pay the bills.  If you can't afford formal training, there are a lot of websites and YouTube videos to teach you what you need to know.
And there are a lot of colleges and universities that have YouTube courses which can be taken for credits.  When I want to learn something I look on the websites and then on YouTube.  There, I can get basic information and I can learn from a variety of perspectives.  I like to learn about programming websites, so I find what I need to learn online.  I don't have time to go to a college or university when I can just as easily learn what I need to know on the internet.  Almost every subject matter is covered by someone good online, so there's no need to languish in ignorance.
Avoiding the menial mindset
There's nothing wrong with holding a menial job.  If it is honest work and it gets the bills paid, then that's what you have to do.  However, use those menial jobs as a stepping-stone to something better.  And I believe that it is the skills that are important and how you develop your own skills to the marketplace, that will make a successful and drama free career.
Conclusion
It is my opinion that a college degree is useful in limited areas, but the problem is that they are expensive for the quality of the education received.  They impart little practical skills that people need and they waste a tremendous amount of time when the student could be developing marketable skills.  I personally could not stand to listen to the crap I was being taught and found the college experience worthless, with a few exceptions.  I really didn't appreciate having my mind twisted into the socialist-evolutionary claptrap that is still being spewed to this day.  My reason for going to college was to learn something useful, not the drivel that I heard in classes. I really felt less intelligent after going to college and I had to leave in order to salvage my mind.  When I need to learn something, then I use other sources rather than formal education, unless I'm learning something technical.  When I wanted to learn to fly an airplane, I went to flight school.  See, that's relevant education.

Living with a Set of Morals

One of the things that I've been working on for a long time has been trying to live up to the moral standards that are present in the commandments and the natural law.  And I've had some interesting experiences in that I have to be careful where I go and whose presence I put myself in because if I appear in the wrong place, bad things will happen.  And being at the later part of my life, I can see how God has paid me back for any evil that I may have done, but also has rewarded me when I have managed to control myself and stay within his natural order.

Avoiding the Payback

I don't know about anyone else, but it has been my experience that when I do something bad I always get paid back for it.  It is not if I get paid back, it is only a matter of when.  Evil people will always live with that impending doom of God's wrath, and so the only way they can deal with it is to get drunk or take drugs.  The drinking and the drugs are supposed to relieve the pain of their miserable existence, but the fact is that those things that intoxicate the mind and the body, make everything even worse.  Bad habits are sometime difficult to break, but if a man persists, he can overcome any moral defect in his character.  A man's character is known by the man who possesses it.  He knows whether he has some honor or if he has little to no character.  By character, I mean a man who has put together a good set of moral standards that he lives by.  By having a good set of moral standards, a man will be able to live more at peace with himself and his family.  A good set of morals will certainly avoid any payback.  What is interesting to me is how I recognize certain things that happen to me as possible payback.  I can't prove it, but there seems to be a latent knowledge that whatever bad thing that happened may be the result of being evil.  This isn't always the case such as in a sickness, but the payback is more subtle.  So whatever difficulties that I may have in my life, I don't want to be the one who caused it.
Remember, the satanic mind enjoys the misery that it causes to other men, women, and children.  Its purpose is to destroy as many people as it can.  That's about as simple as I can make it.  There is no joy or happiness to what they have to offer, and all they do offer is destruction and misery.

Groups

When I look at various groups, I find that even the most innocuous organizations are somehow tied into the occult.  I notice this by the symbols that they use on their stationary, website, or various cards.  Even if the groups appears to be a good one, even that will eventually get corrupted so that it isn't worth the effort to associate with them in any capacity.  I have learned to look closely atthe websites to make sure I don't get taken in by them and waste my time with evil.  Specifically, if I see any kind of satanic symbols, I just turn and go the other way. Pentagrams, five pointed stars, sun god, eye of Horus, "peace" symbols, the swoosh, and many others are all indicators that something every evil is at the root of the organization.  Start looking carefully at their logos and if they are satanic, try to avoid doing business with them.
You may also what to avoid companies who are pandering to the LGBT groups.  If there was ever an activity that guarantees a nice warm spot in hell, it would be from homosexual activities and child abuse.  Imagine the stupidity of a multi-national corporation which panders to a group of people such as LGBT who can't even break into double digits in relation to the general population.  But their perversion does creep into every aspect of society and completely corrupts it.
I don't know how to completely avoid all of it, but I do my best to stay away from these influences so that I can live a better life.  For instance, there are a lot of occult symbols on every piece of paper currency.  Obviously, there are no alternative currencies that are practical to use so I'm stuck with having to use them.  So, you should be aware of it and do what you can to avoid as much of it as possible because evil has a way of corrupting everyone if they don't take the time to build up a set of morals to live by.

Reaping the rewards of good character:

By setting up a good set of morals and good character, most of a man's problems can be resolved and life can be a  lot more pleasant.  You see, the reason is that there is no profit in evil.  There is nothing good that comes from it, and those people who are corrupted in this evil are the ones who are slaves to their own depravity.  To be evil is to be a slave.  It really is that simple.  It doesn't matter how rich or poor a man is, if he is evil, he has not one good thing going for him.  But the man who builds up his character with a good moral standard, then that man is truly free.  And the reason is that he is not expecting the eventual payback.  The payback that comes from the real God is real and most of us have experienced it at one time or another.  While evil may seem to be fun and games, the reality it is steeped in doom and failure.

Conclusion:

There are a lot of websites that tell you what specifically is wrong with the political and religious systems, but they usually don't address some practical solutions as to how to avoid trouble.  I'm hoping that my articles will encourage those people who wish to improve their lot in life by building for themselves a strong moral character that complies with the real God's commandments and the natural law.

No Moral Component to This

I was invited by Mike Fitzpatrick last week to come to Hope, Idaho to stay with his family and to observe his trial for income tax evasion in federal court in Idaho.  Since I had been convicted for similar issues, I was reluctantly willing to go into the courtroom and observe the proceedings.  I had a good idea of what to expect, and none of it was good.  Having been steamrolled myself by federal prosecutors and by a judge, I had a good idea of what was going to happen; unfortunately, I was correct.
I spend a lot of time on this blog talking about moral principles, and this is what I want to focus on regarding Mike's case.  While some may want to debate the legal issues, the problem is that the government is essentially lawless in it's operations.  And the reason I say this is through my experience in dealing with them at various levels, and the underlying theme of these government and religious people is that they lie.  You know when they are lying when they are moving their lips.  Any truth that they tell is intended to be distorted into the lie.

No Moral Component

During the voir dire (questioning of the jurors), there was a Christian lady in the jury pool who brought her bible with her.  When it was her turn to answer the questions, she made a statement to the effect that if it came down to ruling between man's law and God's law, she would have to rule using God's law as her guideline.  This warmed my heart hearing her say that.  And the Judge Larry Burns made the following statement: "....there is no moral component to this."  This was an appalling statement but he is correct, the judicial courts do not operate on any set of moral principles.  The obvious problem with this is at most people do have some kind of moral principles that they try to adhere to and understand.  Good morals always work to the benefit of mankind and a system that has no "moral component" is a system that will be chaotic, capricious, and just plain evil.  This is what I had expected; and this is exactly what happened.  The steamroll was on Mike Fitzpatrick and I don't think he was prepared for it.  What followed was the most insane proceeding I've ever seen. In fact, every time I've seen a court proceeding, it has been insane.  It is insane because the truth of a matter is hidden or not disclosed.  I've seen men in prison who got extremely long prison sentences over victimless crimes.  I thought it was just me and income tax cases.  However, almost every crime imaginable put the state as the beneficiary of any incarceration because of the need for large scale prison facilities.  To this court, Mike Fitzpatrick is just another item for inventory.  In the eyes of the state, he is livestock.

" Just the facts mam, just the facts...."

Mike had asked several IRS representatives what fact they had to show that the codes apply to him.  None of the IRS agents could find a taxing statute, code, or whatever to show that he had a liability for the tax.  But in these federal courts, facts don't mean anything because if they did the government would hardly ever get a conviction.  Without convictions, they won't have inventory for their sick prison system.  The same thing happened to me when the big question was: "Show me the law."  These questions are ignored by public officials and most people who have to go to trial will go through hell trying to defend themselves.  At one point, Mike asked one agent and he said: "The code is applicable because it is the law."  Of course, there were no facts to show how it was applicable.  There were no facts to show why it was applicable.  And there was no law that was shown that imposed an income tax on Mike Fitzpatrick.

No life in an immoral society:

Mike Fitzpatrick was intimidated by the judge and Mike did not do a good job in defending himself.  However, even at that, he didn't deserve the upcoming prison sentence that will be imposed on him in May 2013.  He faces up to 14 years for violating a law that either doesn't exist or that is not disclosed. I found this court process extremely disgusting but I was not surprised.  The end result of this is that if there is no moral component to government, then there is no future for anyone.  I look at this at I marvel at the audacity of these people in "government."  This violates God's commandments and it also violates the natural order.  The people in government, in my opinion, are simply crazy psychopaths; without a moral structure, anything goes.  There will be severe problems if this continues.  We will not have to wait until we die to go to hell, we'll be already there.  And the most demented part of all of this is that they enjoy everyone's pain.  The government enjoys killing people and the government enjoys stealing their substance.  The government is the false god of mankind.  And the reason is that there is "no moral component."  The government's end goal is to destroy everything that is good about mankind.  Animals get better treatment than people in their demented world.  And I'm not talking about the US government, all of them are garbage.  It is amazing to me that the most corrupted wack jobs lead entire nations into delusion and chaos.

What's next for Mike?

Because I was able to stay with Mike and his family, it's my opinion that he is going to miss a lot.  He has a beautiful and graceful wife and two lovely daughters and they will have to make it in the world without him.  He will probably never see them get married or see his grandchildren for a long time.  He will lose his business contacts and many of his friends and family will abandon him.  As he is 51 years old now, he will be around 62 when he gets out.  That is a very difficult age to start over.  Plus, his wife Shannon said that she will be without her best friend which is her husband.  Mike has an acute form of diabetes and the proper medications for him will be difficult in prison.  All of this because he dared to ask the question: "What facts do you have that show that the codes apply to me?"  This is an essential element to any crime and he was ignored by the judge, prosecutor, and witnesses.  He was steamrolled into a conviction of a law that wasn't disclosed or doesn't exist.

No life without morals...

There is no life worth having without good moral principles.  What I saw last week was a profound example of how corrupted the court system has become.  Perhaps it has always been that way.  Between the new age freaks, freemasons, and psychotic religious groups--the moral structure of all nations have been deluded into complete evil.  Governments treat their people as if they were livestock.  Without a good moral structure, government will continue to be a plague upon mankind.

Conservative Talk Radio Ratings Plummet

I've just finished reading about how many of the conservative talk radio shows are showing a steep decline in ratings.  It is no surprise to me as I have completely stopped listening to these shows even for some of their entertainment value.  Conservative talk radio shows give the impression that there is something that people can do politically that will help improve the living conditions of everyone in the country.  However, we will see that conservative talk radio is just another pathetic attempt to compromise any political opposition.  This is done by putting Marxists or socialists in leadership positions and then painting "conservative" on them giving the people the perception that there really is some political opposition.  Whether you listen to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levine, or Michael Savage, the end result will always be a failed opposition because it was designed that way.  In the United States, there is no such thing as a true political opposition.  It is all controlled by the other side and no matter how conservative or how radical one may seem to be, there is always someone in every group that will sell out their principles for whatever reason.
One of the worse pieces of legislation to come along in a long time was NAFTA--North American Free Trade Agreement.  So-called conservatives like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity were in favor of it.  However, this agreement could have been written by Karl Marx.  To me, Limbaugh and Hannity are socialists even though they would deny it.  The thing is that these so-called conservatives embraced these socialist ideas and as a result our economic strength collapsed and over 42,000 factories left the United States for other foreign countries with a less expensive labor base.  This was approved of by almost all of the "conservative" commentators and I finally weened myself off of listening to them because I understand that they provided a false hope of constructive change to the system.  The proof is in the failure.  Hannity and Limbaugh advocated this stupid trade agreement and now they are going to start paying the price, especially since the Republican party refuses to field a real conservative candidate; not that it would help.  And perhaps the reason is that the state as we know it today is an utter failure in terms of keeping us out of wars, producing good economies, and establishing a moral society.  The state is nothing more than a small group of people who want to steal from others so that they don't have to do real work.  The conservative talk radio hosts are facilitators in putting up a false opposition so that the fraud can continue.
But now their ratings are going down the toilet, and deservedly so.  How many times can anyone listen to their ideas but see no meaningful change or action?  That would be like going to a football game knowing that one team is always going to win.  Over seventy five percent of Americans call themselves conservative but yet a socialist in one form or fashion always seems to get into the White House.  In my view, the political system is so corrupted that I don't believe that it ever had any value because the people who run it are almost completely insane.  But it is the conservative talk radio that helps to keep the socialists going by providing a false hope that someone is going to fix the problem.  The problem never gets solved and the next day it is business as usual.  Listening to any political shows is a waste of time and always has been a complete loss of valuable time.  Why listen to losers?  Politicians are losers even if they are winners because at the end of the day they insist on stealing the labor of working people to promote their psychotic agenda.
I'm not surprised that their ratings are going down the dumpster.  If anything, I'm surprised that it took so long.  I would have thought that a few years after NAFTA that their whole agenda would collapse.  However, for whatever reason, their ratings continued to grow but I don't believe that these ratings slide will subside.  I believe that some of these shows are going to be cancelled because they simply don't have the trust of the American people.  I'm hoping the people are seeing through the false conservative presentation and they are seeing it for what it is: just another socialist scam masquerading as something it is not.  Controlled opposition is what really happens in American politics.  If political leaders start thinking for themselves, they either get ridiculed or assassinated.
I have completely weened myself off of conservative talk radio.  It is all show but no go.  I used to listen to it when I had nothing else better to do as I was interested in it, but anymore, I just can't even stand the thought of a Republican, Democrat, and even the Constitution.  They are all words with no action.  Nothing from the political processes produces any benefit to the American people as it is only a scam to drain the hard work and labor from the people who are the producers.  The government is just a group of suckers who don't do anything that is useful, but they do it at the most expensive price they can get.  As a former businessman, I look at the results.  These talk show produce no meaningful results and we have the most socialistic government in world history.  So the conservative talk show pundits have promoted the socialist agenda and they certainly don't serve the American people.  Some of them are entertaining, but that's like listening to a band on the deck of the Titanic.
The problem is that there are very few moral principles that are associated with government.  Without strong moral principles, no society can survive let alone have a peaceful existence.  Listening to anything political is a complete waste of time and it can even have the unwanted effect of lowering the intelligence of the hearer.  Maybe some "conservative" people are beginning to figure it out.

Power of the Commandments and Natural Law

The most useful things that I have found in early Jewish and Christian writings is the idea that the commandments and the natural law are the most powerful tools that a man can use to his advantage.  I believe that the commandments that can be consistent with natural law are the ones that God himself established.  The reason is because a writing may or may not be true, but the natural law is always consistent and has worked the same way since the day of creation.  The natural law is always true; it works consistently and it is perfect.  It can be used to make informed decisions, good judgments, and it can also be used to root out the liars.   It cannot be distorted unless a man allows his mind to be twisted by other men with lies or misinformation.
The other side of the commandments and natural law is evil.  We know that evil is weak and it always produces bad results.  And the problem with evil is that it seems to put us into a mental stupor.  This stupor clouds the mind and somehow allows it to make bad decisions.  This state usually comes to a man in the form of a temptation, and if that temptation is acted upon, there will always be a bad result.  These bad results show up in the form of bad government and bad religion.  People make bad decisions because many times they don't even know it is evil.  The result of bad choices is always the same: bad.  However, all of us have that "gut" feeling that something is either good or bad.  The problem is that we don't listen to that latent sense of justice inside of our minds and souls.  We tolerate stupidity as if it were intelligent and that it had something to offer.  But the fact is that evil and stupid offer nothing to anyone; only evil and failure are attached to it.
The solution to evil and stupid is to disengage from it.  That is not always easy, but with a little effort in can be done.  I actively try to use what has proven to me to be effective in fighting against it.  I actually use the commandments that are confirmed by natural law.  I use them in this fashion because I know that the evidence of God is contained within nature and that nature is always consistent.  Natural law is something that is clearly observable and can be used as a hedge against evil things.  Whereas any writings are not necessarily true to the natural law.  I still use writings but I judge their veracity with the natural law.  And a writing is only secondary information to any fact or spiritual observation.  A thought or an idea must be confirmed with facts and truth.  Anything else will lead to error.
In an early Christian writing (I can't remember which one) I had read how a man tested a spirit or an apparition.  If the vision's feet touched the ground then it was a man, and if the vision's feet did not touch the ground, it was a spirit.  But the other interesting statement was that he would repeat the commandments in front of this spirit.  If the spirit remained, he knew it was good.  However, if the spirit left, then he knew that the spirit was evil.  So, I got the idea that if I am being tempted with any kind of sin, if I repeat the commandment I'm being tempted with, the temptation goes away.  The results are remarkable.  They parallel these writings.  If I start talking about the commandments in a loud enough voice in a crowd, the people will start to vanish.  I've been known to do this to clear an area where I wish to be alone. I did this once in a crowd of about 20 people who were standing around some park benches.  I was talking to a friend about the commandments showing him how powerful they were and why it is worthwhile to keep them.  I used a fairly loud voice, and within just seconds, I cleared out the whole area.   Now, the people who don't mind hearing the commandments, those are the people whose company I enjoy, but the ones who can't take it are not the type of people with which I want to associate.   I've written about this in other articles, and the feedback I get from other people is that this worked the same way for them.  It is such an easy principle to understand, yet I never even thought about it until a few years ago.  Evil cannot stand the thought of anything good.  The good and the evil spirit cannot peacefully co-exist.  They are not compatible in any way, shape, or form.
And this is how mankind can get rid of evil by advocating for the commandments and the natural laws which are always consistent and produce good results.  The natural law always produces good results, and as a former businessman, getting good results is really the whole point of having it and living a good life.  There's no point to anything if a man continuously gets bad results.  The political and religious systems that I know of always seem to get bad results no matter how well-intended they may seem to be.  However, the commandments and the natural laws always get good results and they improve the living conditions of all men.
The next time you get tempted with doing some evil deed, stop for a moment, then repeat the commandment with which you are being tempted with breaking, and the urge to break it will go away.  There's no reason for any man to be in bondage to evil thoughts or evil deeds.  Even thinking about the commandments will get rid of the evil.  Try it, you won't be disappointed with the results.
