Evil is Impotent

 

When men are evil, their lives become impotent and worthless.  This is why I continue to stress morality as the way to achieve success.   The word “impotent” means to be powerless.  In my view, although evil people look like they are having the time of their lives, the facts show that they are in effect sad and powerless.  The reason is that the end results that they get by being evil does not empower them.  What happens is that they will get the horrible payback—a.k.a. karma.  Their lives will be a continual mess because they ignored the real God’s natural order of morality and established evil instead.  If that something else is evil then it will be of no real power.  In the case of political leaders, they seem to be all powerful.  If they are evil, then they are powerless—impotent.

Evil isn’t powerful.  It brings out the worst in people and there is no end to the depression and destruction that it causes.  There is no amount of drugs a man can take to remedy the situation.  Therefore, it is important to judge something before any action is taken.  There’s no point in believing in something that isn’t true.  So, we have to do the best we can and get the facts and then use those facts to make intelligent decisions.  The old saying of using right reason and common sense will make a big difference in achieving good results.

If a man makes a good choice, then the end result is going to be good.  All of life centers around the natural law or natural order, right and wrong, good and evil.  We don’t need to read a bunch of books in order to know that because we all were born with an inner moral compass.  The problem is that we were not taught how to use it.  When I can manage to think for myself, my view of things becomes much different that what I thought in the past.  

My idea here is to avoid evil as much as I can and limit the amount of garbage that I put into my head.  As a “conspiracy” observer for the last 25 years, I have found that even though I know more about it than most people, I get the feeling that I’m just scratching the surface.  

I stay away from groups because they can be easily infiltrated with people who would like to destroy a good cause or they might try to drag me down the rat hole along with their evil actions.  So, rather than trying to change other people, I’m trying to be the best I can be and my actions will tell the story.

Evil has no power to do anything good.  Governments and religions are based on oath-taking which is evil.  And we can plainly see in today’s world, that governments and religions are extremely destructive.  The reason is because they are powerless and they only way they can maintain themselves is to create even more evil.  There seems to be no end to it.  But if we watch carefully we’ll be watching them destroy themselves because in fact; they are impotent.

Should Anyone Trust the Science?

 

When I’m discussing the pros and cons of vaccines I will sometimes get a response such as: “I trust the science.”  However, science is only as good as to the extent that it reflects the truth or at least have a reasonable theory which deserves more discovery.  In the case of vaccines, we can see how the influence of the pharmaceutical industry clouds the facts and promotes unreasonable policies for medical treatments.

Trusting the science is only as good as the truth that it reflects.  It is impossible to justify vaccines on a disease like Covid-19 which apparently has a survival rate of approximately 99.75%.  With all of the mask wearing, lockdowns, and other disruptions the idea of trusting the science is insanely stupid.

Who benefits from the idiocy?  Of course it is the companies who manufacture the drugs but the cost to society is horrific.  That along with the few “elite” people who inflict their insanity on the people of the world.

When examining scientific evidence, most of us don’t have a clue whether it is true or false.  Which makes it more difficult to justify.  In order to make intelligent decisions one should at least have a mental checklist before doing anything:

• Is it true or is it false?
• Is it good or is it evil?
• How would this science apply to me?
• What facts do the scientists have that show their views are true?
• How did they arrive at their conclusions?
• Who benefits?
• Why would their conclusions be of any benefit?

All of the facts must be true or the veracity of the idea will be in question.  If the information contradicts itself then there is a problem.  Remember, no course of action can have a good outcome unless it is true.  If the facts are inconclusive then it should be put aside until a proper understanding comes along.  

The medical community and scientists have lost a lot of credibility by “trusting the science” during the Covid 19 fiasco.  In my view, I have a difficult time believing any doctor; even if they seem to be competent.  Science can be used as a tool of sorcery and witchcraft when it is filled with inaccuricies and unproven theories.  Trusting the science is extremely dangerous if their conclusions or theories are not backed up by the facts.

A Good Spirit will Irritate Other Peoples’ Demons

 

I found this quote on the internet and I think it is very useful in understanding the opposition to the real God’s World Order and the Satanic “new world order”:

“Some people will never like you because your spirit irritates their demons.”

I keep reading this over and over and I’m finding that it helps me to understand the interaction among moral and immoral people.  Immoral people are the ones who never want their actions criticized.  If they are doing something bad or evil, they don’t like to have them exposed.  Moral people or people who are seeking out the proper morality on any issue will become frustrated that they are not appreciated by immoral people.

It is the evil that must reproduce itself over and over again in order to gain perceived power that it doesn’t have in the first place.  There is never any power in evil as it is the weakest position a man can take.  Evil is for losers and doing evil will always get bad results.  We can watch this happen with the vaccine mandates, regulations, and lockdowns as they begin to fall apart because their existence is founded upon evil; or lies.  The medical industry is imploding under their own bullshit.  

People who do evil are under the influence of demons.  The above quote gives me a better understanding of the dynamics of various relationships over the years.  When I have suggested a good course of action to someone who is influenced by evil or demons, they get extremely irritated.  The truth cannot be tolerated in the mind of a demon.  Only lies are tolerated.  And I think most of us have done battle with good and evil inclinations and perhaps it is the spiritual side that gets the most activity.

Perhaps this is why governments and religions are so worthless.  They don’t address the core of the problems of mankind like the natural order does.  They have put all of us on a continual merry-go-round—confusing our minds between good and evil.  If we question the teachings of government and religion, then they attack us as being enemies of their doctrines.

This reminded me of the time when I was in 5th or 6th grade I asked the principle of the school something like: “How did you get authority over me?”  The principle blew a stack, yelled at me and then called my mother down to the school.  My mother backed me up by saying that it was a fair question and she wondered why the principle got so upset.  Apparently, I upset the principle’s demon by asking the question.

If a man questions the evil of homosexuality then the homos will come out and attack him for being racist or a bigot.  Homosexuality is obviously immoral and the only way they can defend it is to produce more of it.  They know that they are wrong but continue to engage in their perversions because they have become slaves to the evil.

Go into a courtroom and ask the judge: “What facts do you have that show your laws apply to me?”  If you push for an answer to the question, eventually the judge will blow his stack and start yelling.  The reason is that the truth is irritating his demon.

If we are moral and tell the truth, then there is nothing to fear.  But if we share the truth with people who don’t want to received it; again, the reason is that the truth is irritating their demons.

I hadn’t quite thought of it in this way and I don’t know who came up with this idea but I do appreciate its wisdom.  Keeping the demons away is to choose the proper morality which is good over evil.

All Evil People are Slaves

 All Evil People are Slaves

No matter how “powerful” the so-called “elite” new world order freaks think they are, the reality is that they have nothing.  Things that are evil have no value and they aren’t worth pursuing.

Governments are based on evil because they lie about their own purpose.  If they say that the government exists to secure the freedom of the people, the reality is that it exists to make mankind slaves.  The new world order is attempting to invert the natural order with their demented view of how society should be.  The governments will ultimately fail because they don’t operate on a plain of virtue, they operate on an evil foundation which always gets a bad result.  

The solution to this is for people to take control over their own lives and do what is necessary to get the good results.  That would mean to correct all of the bad parts of their lives and replace it with good things.  If something is evil; then, just don’t do it.  Good actions have a nice payback but bad actions also have a bad payback.  

Evil people are slaves to their own depravity.  The evil elites almost always have bodyguards to protect them from the payback.  This is not a good way to live.  But they have brought it on themselves and with the vaccine pandemic scam, the payback is going to be horrific for them.  No one escapes the consequences of their own actions.  A man could have a trillion dollars in the bank but it won’t save him from the payback.

Thus, evil people are slaves to their own depravity.  No matter how “powerful” they think they are the evil that they did will follow them to their lives on earth and into eternity.  

It is very important to learn to do your own thinking and choose from right and wrong.  Right reason and common sense will make life much easier for everyone.  But if a man chooses the wrong, then nothing but chaos and evil will follow.  The problem here is that all of us have been taught to follow the order of society and not to question authority.  However, if any authority mandates something that is immoral, then the man has every reason not to comply.  Mankind always gets a better outcome when he follows and abides in the natural order.

Some of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in life is to not trust my gut feeling thus making bad choices.  We all have a latent knowledge of right and wrong and our gut will help us make the proper decisions.

Evil people ignore their gut feelings and then wonder why their conscience is always bothering them.  The conscience is relentless so it does make a lot of sense to simply choose the good and avoid the pain of the conscience.  Evil people—no matter how rich they are—will always be slaves to the rotten life that they have set for themselves.  They will live in fear for the rest of their days because they latently know that the retribution is coming their way to pay them back for their evil deeds.

Are Hospitals Extermination Centers?

 

A few months ago, I lost a good friend to the Covid nonsense and the extremely poor medical treatment that he received at a local hospital.  It took almost 8 weeks to send him into eternity, but that was plenty of time to drain his insurance benefits.  He and I got along very well, although, he would disagree with me on some issues.  What was different about him is that after we would argue about something, he took the time to do his own research.  Many times, he would come back to me and say: “Remember when you said xxxxxx?”  Usually, he would say I was absolutely correct.  We never got into verbal fights and if we disagreed, we could still sit at the bar or restaurant and have a few drinks.

The last two times I spoke with him over the phone while he was at the hospital he told me that every thing that I had said about the bad medical system was twice as bad as I had stated.  But he was stuck in the hospital and was essentially a prisoner at this medical facility.  Visits from friends and family were very limited so it was hard for his wife to be an advocate for him with such limited visiting hours.  

Here’s what happened to the best of my memory.  About four or five months ago, he received a Covid shot from the VA hospital after I had told him never to get the vaccine.  Other friends of mine told him the same thing.  However, he was a reserve for a military branch of the Navy and apparently he was told that if he didn’t receive the vaccine he would have to resign.  He was 81  old and the last thing he needed was to take a jab from the poisoned needle.  He eventually told me that he got vaccinated a few months later and I got pissed.  He was very proud to be a part of the military although he had limited activity because of his age.  He was in the reserves.  But just like other employees from other corporations, he became a victim of the extortion tactics used by government and corporations to compel obedience.  I told him that he’s probably not going to have a good outcome.  Unfortunately, I was right.

It all started when he thought he was having a heart problem and called an ambulance to take him to the hospital.  When he got there, he was left by himself for 30 hours in a closet area before he got any “medical care.”  During that process, he tested positive for Covid.  If that wasn’t bad enough, he then came down with pneumonia.  He was trying to recover from the pneumonia when he got some kind of bowel problem which resulted in him receiving a colostomy bag.  He was also having blood clots that were coming out of his rear end.  It was decided that he needed a colostomy bag thus he needed surgery.  If the colostomy bag wasn’t bad enough, it started to leak creating the need for yet another major operation.

Remember, all this crap is being stretched out over 8 weeks and his stay at the extermination center tortured the poor man for eight weeks.  I cannot imagine the pain and suffering this poor soul received.  He was put on morphine, probably from the beginning, and that’s what they do because the pain from the medical care is too much for anyone to bear.  But the morphine demoralizes the patient and he goes into a state of despair.

This is a tragic example of a man who was lied to by the government, only to go to a hospital for a very slow execution.  Where is the government loyalty to this man when he needed it?  Since the government is a collection of liars, thieves, sexual perverts, and tyrants, the truth shows those very bad results.  But my friend believed in the "system" that failed him when he needed it the most. 

My friend got the "Covid" after he got the vaccine which in turn set the rest of the problems in motion.  He was subjected to the big lie that vaccines are a valid medical procedure.  Just to be clear, I oppose the use of vaccines under any circumstances.  To inject any of these chemicals in a perfectly healthy body is stupid and insane.  It is even worse if the patient has other medical problems.  Only a real asshole would suggest the use of vaccines.  I believe that my friend was murdered by the death-care professionals, but not before he suffered 8 weeks of unbearable pain and suffering.

No valid medical system should tolerate this demented kind of treatment.  It is so bad that we have to realize that they are doing this on purpose.  Reports are coming in from all over the world that show that the medical system is being run by a bunch of thugs.  Years ago I had an MD say: “Don’t go to the hospital, they will kill you.”  At the time I was shocked by her statement as it was a few years before Covid.  As it turns out, she was correct.  This crap has probably been going on long before the Covid.  The medical system as I understand it now is more of extermination death camps.  Sure, they do some good things.  After all, they have to make it look good.  But overall, these are places that people should think twice before using their services.

Government Destroys Morality

 

“The internal moral compass that normally guides individual behavior will no longer function when the state undermines incentives for moral conduct and blurs the distinction between right and wrong.” (The Rise of Government and the Decline of Morality by James Dorn)

I was browsing the internet and I found this quote which goes right down to the core of the problem.  The above quote is really good because it says most of it in just one sentence.  I go a little further in stating that the governments are centered around the Devil, Satan, and the Evil One,.  To be a member of any government in todays modern world is to be a traitor to God, family, countrymen, and friends.  The government pushes immoral policies to the point that most people don’t realize that they are evil and immoral.  

Dorn says it best when he writes about the “internal moral compass” because that’s the one thing that can keep us out of a lot of trouble.  This internal moral compass helps us to determine what is right and wrong.  We all have a latent knowledge of morality in our own ability to use right reason and common sense.  The “government” is destroying the whole concept of morality and it uses a “secular” excuse for spiritual and moral depravity which they enjoy promoting.  A typical example is having a bunch of queers and trannys make homosexual presentations in public schools; especially in the grammar and middle grade schools.  No parent should ever allow their beloved children to be indoctrinated by the pathetic and morally depraved school systems.  Nature shows us through common sense and right reason that homosexuality is perverted.  That’s only one example.  Governments start all of the wars because only evil idiots think that war is a good thing.

Anytime the government tells you to do something immoral, do not comply.  It will save you a lot of trouble in the future.  Think about whether something is right or wrong and then take the proper action based on a moral decision.  This will always provide a better result than if you can chosen the immoral route. 

I’m getting to the point to where I’m sick of documenting all of the bad things that I see because it doesn’t provide a good result.  All morality should be judged by the man or woman who considers it and weighs the good v. the evil; the right and the wrong.  To spend so much time documenting the evil is like having to spending a lifetime counting the turds in the cesspool.  It is more productive to choose the good over the bad and live a peaceful life.  Always ask yourself: Is it moral to XXXXXXXX?  Whatever you are considering, make it a point to judge your own behavior by morality.  Morality doesn’t change from one culture or the other; it is either good or bad.  This keeps everything simple and easy to understand.

If there were more people who understood this principle, no government would be able to exercise immoral policies.  I can’t recall anytime in written history where there were any governments that were organization which were based on morality.  Today, they are all corrupted and cannot be of service to anyone.  It is much better to simply choose the good and live a happy life.

Natural Law: The Real God’s World Order

 The only law that has been consistent throughout the ages is the natural law because it is the law which the real God created.  It doesn’t matter what culture, type of government, style of religion, race, creed, or science.  The natural law applies to everyone the same way and all of mankind is subject to its moral order.  Morality is within each man, woman, and child.  It is a latent knowledge of right and wrong; good and evil.  I have found that abiding within the natural law will get me good results.  If I don’t, I’ll get bad results.  I wish I had learned this when I was younger as I would have had an easier time of living.  I’m almost 75 years old and I’m much happier now than when I was younger because of this understanding of the natural law.

Natural Law is not a Theory

No matter what any so-called scholar says, the natural law is not a theory, but a place where the facts of life are self-evident.  The natural law doesn’t lie.  Sometimes we might not know the correct answer to a question and in that case it would be better to put it aside until the proper understanding comes along.  I always try to keep in mind that the real God created it for us to live in peace and happiness.  This is something the “new world order” cannot achieve.

Source of the new world order

The new world order is built on an rotten system established by the Evil One; Satan or Lucifer.  In fact, a new world order leader actually states the following: “No one will enter The New World Order unless he or she makes a pledge to worship Lucifer.  No one will enter the New Age unless he will take a Luciferian initiation.”  (I’m not going to post this idiot’s name here on my blog.)  This is where on of my pet peeves comes into play.  I’ve been warning people for years to stop swearing oaths.  My blog is full of articles on this subject.  Swearing oaths is a form of lying and that violates the natural law as it make people do the wrong things and then get the bad results.  Many government forms want us to sign “under the penalties of perjury” which is a form of an oath.  Perjury means lying under oath.  If you signed the document then it means you’re already a liar.  Nothing but really bad shit will come from doing it.  This is a perfect example of the nonsense of the new world order.  If you are an oath taker, you are just like the people who swear to Lucifer directly.  Oath taking should always be avoided because it creates lies which in turn creates more pain, suffering, and chaos in the world.

Governments of No Authority

In every situation, there is a right and a wrong; good or evil.  Since governments are established on the principles of Satan, they can’t really do any good for anyone because the foundation of the existence is evil.  If any government asks you to sign documents “under the penalties of perjury” it has no authority to do it because the act in and of itself is evil.  Evil has no authority.  If we look at the bad fruit of government just in the last 200-300 years we can see that they cause more trouble than their worth.  World War 1 and World War II come into mind as it was the governments who established the reasons for war.  Just because a group of men want to establish a government, it doesn’t mean they have any authority to do it.  And if they establish any government, they do not have the authority to violate the natural rights of anyone.

Communism is present in almost every government on earth.  Progressive income tax is the 2nd Plank of the Communist Manifesto.  This means that if a man works for his living, then the government takes a certain portion of it for their own use.  The problem with this is that in the natural law, a man is entitled to all of the fruit of his labor.  Anything other than that is a form of slavery if anyone forcibly takes money from another whether it is through intimidation and extortion, or just plain theft.  Income tax a a form of slavery which is also against the natural law and violates a man’s natural rights.  A man doesn’t need a constitution to define his rights.  Rights are a part of the natural law and cannot be governed by anyone other than the real God.

Property tax is another way of communist theft of the people.  They think that they own their homes but the facts show that if they don’t pay their property tax, then their home can be eventually confiscated for non payment of the tax.  This means that the ultimate owner of the property is the State, STATE, or state.  The “owner” has more of a right of possession but never truly owns his property.  Thus, there is no real private property.  It is all controlled by the State, STATE, or state.  The style on this issue is more fascist which is basically the same as communism but the style is a bit different.  However, the substance is the same; communism.  More example can be seen here: Lipstick on the Communist Pig

People are not Animals

Again, at the expense of constantly repeating myself, no government has the right to infringe, take away, obstruct, deny, or interfere with an man, woman, or child’s natural rights.  Mankind is not a group of animals nor are they “human.”  Mankind did not come from apes, and that’s how the word human is defined.  A man who is a “bipedaled primate mammal.” Now you know why evolution is taught in the public schools and even in private schools.  To the people in the government men and women are a type of livestock or animals who have no rights.  Only men, women, and children under the natural order have rights of which government routinely violates. [I’m Not Human]

Religion’s Multiple God’s

My experience with religion has been awful.  I grew up a Roman Catholic but then in the 1980s I became part of a non denominational church.  They put on a good show but their doctrinal teachings did not line up with their scriptures.  I desperately tried to find a church that had consistent doctrines with the Bible and I could not find one.  Once I left this church my life got better and I could function.  Another example of natural law.  If we disassociate ourselves from evil organizations are lives will get better.

If there is only one real God, then how can all these religions be valid?  The biggest problem that I see that all of the various religions are gateways into idolatry.  Idolatry will cause immeasurable harm to the spirit and well-being of anyone who does it.  In my view, I can’t see anything good that comes out of any religious writing because of the fact that the facts cannot be checked. To study history is to study opinions.   I don’t want to suckered into worshipping a false god.  I’ve done that already and I feel stupid when I think about it.

Medical Tyranny

The worst experiences of my life have been dealing with the medical nazis and the stupid viruses, vaccines, mask wearing, socialist distancing, and the death of some friends.  The current medical system is in shambles as even many doctors and nurses refuse the evil vaccines and for good reason.  These so-called diseases have a survival rate of 99.75% yet the govtards want to shut down everything and vaccinate everyone.  The medical system is one big fraud.  Yes, they can do some good things, but that’s only to cover-up the underlying evil. After seeing family and friends die in these hospitals, I can only say that I have never seen such evil in my entire life nor did I expect to see things like this.  We all are witnessing an almost complete moral implosion which will destroy society if the “new world order” is allowed to continue.

Don’t Be Afraid to Judge

Make sure that the first person that you judge is yourself.  Judge yourself using the natural law and if you find something that is not right; correct it.  It is easier to look at oneself first and take in some moral inventory.  You can judge others by observing the facts and how they behave. The results will tell you most of what you need to know.  People show us who they are by their behavior and the things that they do.  If they are evil, then there’s going to be a problem.  Don’t let other people do your thinking.  Get as many of the facts as possible and then make sound judgments using right reason, common sense, and the truth.  Once we have the truth then we can make sound decisions on how to move forward.  

A perfect example of this are the people who are threatened with losing their jobs if they don’t get the jab.  No jab; no job.  I’d rather have to no job because I can always get another one even if it is at the low end.  Especially since this type of requirement is a form of extortion which also violates the natural law.  It might be difficult at first, but your moral response will make everything much better because you did the right thing.  Remember, the “new world order’s technique is to establish fear into the hearts of men and then get them to make bad decisions.  The “new world order” is already defeated because of its moral depravity.  We shouldn’t want to “go down with the ship.”  Do not comply with anything that is immoral.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, a private medical organization founded in 1943, has the story — “Biden’s Bounty on Your Life: Hospitals’ Incentive Payments for COVID-19” (11/17/21), authored by Elizabeth Lee Vliet, M.D. and Ali Shultz, J.D.

Here are stunning excerpts:

“Upon admission to a once-trusted hospital, American patients with COVID-19 become virtual prisoners, subjected to a rigid treatment protocol…for rationing medical care in those over age 50. They have a shockingly high mortality rate…”

“As exposed in audio recordings, hospital executives in Arizona admitted meeting several times a week to lower standards of care, with coordinated restrictions on visitation rights. Most COVID-19 patients’ families are deliberately kept in the dark about what is really being done to their loved ones.”

“The combination that enables this tragic and avoidable loss of hundreds of thousands of lives includes (1) The CARES Act, which provides hospitals with bonus incentive payments for all things related to COVID-19 (testing, diagnosing, admitting to hospital, use of remdesivir and ventilators, reporting COVID-19 deaths, and vaccinations) and (2) waivers of customary and long-standing patient rights by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).”

“In 2020, the Texas Hospital Association submitted requests for waivers to CMS. According to Texas attorney Jerri Ward, ‘CMS has granted “waivers” of federal law regarding patient rights. Specifically, CMS purports to allow hospitals to violate the rights of patients or their surrogates with regard to medical record access, to have patient visitation, and to be free from seclusion.’…The purported waivers are meant to isolate and gain total control over the patient and to deny patient and patient’s decision-maker the ability to exercise informed consent.”

“Creating a ‘National Pandemic Emergency’ provided justification for such sweeping actions that override individual physician medical decision-making and patients’ rights. The CARES Act provides incentives for hospitals to use treatments dictated solely by the federal government under the auspices of the NIH. These ‘bounties’ must paid back if not ‘earned’ by making the COVID-19 diagnosis and following the COVID-19 protocol.”

“The hospital payments include:

* A ‘free’ required PCR test in the Emergency Room or upon admission for every patient, with government-paid fee to hospital.

* Added bonus payment for each positive COVID-19 diagnosis.

* Another bonus for a COVID-19 admission to the hospital.

* A 20 percent ‘boost’ bonus payment from Medicare on the entire hospital bill for use of remdesivir instead of medicines such as Ivermectin.

This is basically a federally incentivized protocol for murder.

To say it violates every code of medical ethics would be a vast understatement.

Cash for death.

There are MANY doctors and nurses who work in these hospitals who know what they’re doing, who know they’re following orders that result in the deaths of their patients; but they keep doing it.

They would rather murder their patients than lose their jobs.

And there are MANY employees at the FDA, NIH, and other public health agencies who also know the score, keep their heads down, and facilitate murder.

There are MANY so-called journalists who work at mainstream outlets who know what’s going on and say nothing.

Mass murder is central to the overall COVID program. But feel free to think that the vaccine, on the other hand, is pure and safe and essential. The people running the show just want to kill some and save others. Sure, that makes perfect sense.

[The above statement is the key for the cover-up and the murder of hospital patients.  I have personally been denied the proper nutrients when in a hospital.  One doctor was quite nasty about it when I asked for a friend of mine.  At the time, I wasn’t quite sure what was going on but hospitals seem to me more of extermination camps than places to get good care.  Proper nutrients are critical and they usually aren’t given in the United States.  Think about it; 800,000 lives lost by a disease that is reported to have a survival rate of 99.75%.  WAT]

Don't Be a Dummy; Stop Swearing Oaths

 

[Editor's Note:  The following article is one that I read along time ago and I've been harping on this issue with little to no response from people who would normally agree with me.  I'm posting it here for your information and consideration.  The oath puts governments and religions on an evil foundation.  The conspiracy theorists miss this important issue.  I think it is time to give it more consideration.]

Perjury is a crime--a felony.  Perjury is committed when a person sworn to speak truly violates his oath.  Perjury, like treason, is viewed as a crime against the state.  Yet a perjury appears to do less harm to the state than to the man who commits it.  Perjury is committed against one's self, thus the saying "He perjured himself."  Perjury is then more comparable to suicide than treason.  A perjurer harms himself far more than he harms the state or other people.

 

Still, the state considers perjury to be a crime of such magnitude that it has never granted immunity for this felony.  Murderers, rapists, thieves, arsonists and worse are regularly granted immunity for their offenses in trade for testimony to convict a greater felon.  But perjurers—always go to jail.

 

To committed perjury a person must be under a “lawful” oath, then “violate” that oath to tell the truth. The judge would be forced to believe those words. If the person was truly sworn then the statement would be true or the speaker would be guilty of perjury. Likewise, if the statement or faults, then lie and falsely claim an oath must be a perjury as well, for the judge, in either situation, believes the statement is true.

 

Perjury, then, is a crime based on words, on testimony. To commit a perjury a person must either under oath or claim a false oath.  It is a crime committed only by a person witnessing against himself.  A silent man may not commit perjury, unless in writing.

 

Income tax returns and other governmental forms bear the statement “Under the penalties of perjury, I declare…”. Federal cases show that persons who have lied on these forms by making false entries have been convicted of perjury.  Other cases show that the courts have held that the “perjury clause” is not an oath.  These people were convicted of perjury without first taking an oath.

 

Since perjury is but two acts, the violation of an oath or a claim of false oath, the courts must have construed that these felons claimed a false oath.  Indeed, that is the fact, for each of these felons claimed to be subject to “penalties of perjury” when they were not sworn.  The claim was false!  Yet, in making the claim, they claimed a false oath and did become subject to the penalties of perjury.

 

The courts have consistently held that the perjury clause is absolutely material to tax forms.  The statute on the subject leaves the inclusion of the clause on the forms to the discretion of the Secretary.  That makes it “optional,” not essential.  The courts disagree with the statute.

 

If you’ve ever been audited, you’ve likely wondered why the clause was necessary.  Even though you claimed “under the penalties of perjury” that the form was true, you are forced to prove every entry or have it capriciously denied by some petty government agent.  He says, “I don’t believe you: entry such and so is denied.”

 

Look again at the clause. It says “under the penalties of perjury.” Penalties. More than one penalty. Why more than one? Because this clause to find the persons who must “lawfully” sign the form—civil officers.  If you commit a perjury you are subject to one penalty, but a civil officer who commits a crime is subject to two penalties.  He’s not immune from double jeopardy; he may be twice tried for a single crime.  The second trial is called impeachment.  Noted jurists have listed perjury as a primary crime necessitating impeachment.  All civil officers are sworn to perform the duties of their office—they are under oath.  Civil officers, only civil officers, are subject to the penalties of perjury.

 

If you list your occupation as a mechanic, farmer, stenographer, or housewife, you obviously do not work for the government.  You aren’t under oath.  But sign the form under the penalties of perjury and you falsely claim an oath.  The perjury clause, unless you are a civil officer, is a Catch-22.  You commit a crime the moment you sign.

 

Suppose the form instead said, “Under the penalty of rape, I declare….”  Would you sign it?  Why not?  As crimes go, rape isn’t much worse than perjury.  You’d refuse to sign it because you never committed the crime of rape.  You must commit a rape before you become subject to penalty of rape, right?  Then, if you’ve never taken an oath of office, why would you claim to be subject to the penalties of perjury?

 

The perjury clause seems quite useless as an element to support the truth of entries made on the form. IRS refuses to believe the signer. But the IRS, with the support of the courts, insist that the clause be on the form. Why? Because the closet essential in establishing the jurisdiction of the government over the signer. Jurisdiction, in Latin (the language of the courts), means “swear—spoken.”  To swear a false oath (or claim a false oath), in addition to perjury, is an automatic grant of jurisdiction.

 

Free men own no duty to their government, but a person subject to the jurisdiction of the government is under a duty to perform a duty.  The oath binds the person to performance.  An oath turns a freeman into a servant, a person bound to service.  That’s why civil officers are also called civil servants.

 

In tax trials, a form 1040 or some other form with the perjury clause is introduced.  The form bears the defendant’s signature.  The defendant objects, claiming he thought he was compelled to sign and file the form.  The judge always rules that no perjury can be compelled.  Noting that the “occupation” line does not indicate civil service, his honor knows that the signed is evidence of a perjury.  He knows the form gives him and the government jurisdiction.  Yet, for the defendant’s sake, the court will ignore the evidence of perjury, letting the poor defendant try to prove why he, as a claimed civil officer(by virtue of his signed form), should not be compelled to pay an excise, to make a return of money to his claimed master, the government, for the benefit he receives from his office.

 

Incidentally, the burden of proof, which usually falls on the prosecutor, falls on the defendant in a tax trial.  The court views the defendant as a self-claimed servant of the government.  The burden of proof always falls to the servant.  Servants, say the Constitution, must be delivered up on the claims of the party to whom such service may be due. [Article IV section 2].  Claim, not proof of claim!  The burden is on a claimed servant to prove he’s a freeman.  Can a perjurer prove he’s a freeman?  No.  Everything a known perjurer says in court can be ignored by the judge!  Can a civil servant claim he’s a freeman? No. Servants, by definition, aren’t freemen.  Poor defendant!

 

Since the beginning of recorded history, governments have used oaths to control people.  Egyptian hieroglyphs bear a phrase which translates “So help me God.”  When the children of Israel demanded a king, they were warned that he would demand oaths of allegiance and to compel them to “duty” by their oaths.  Governments know that the only way to compel a man to duty is to bind him into service by an oath.

 

The words “So help me God” turn an odd phrase.  What do they mean?  Stated in other words, they become “Therefore, serve me God.”  In court, you’ll be asked to swear to tell the truth, so help you God.  That’s stupid!  God put the burden on you to tell the truth.  Why would you need God’s help to do a thing as simple as “bearing true witness”?  An oath is, at best, a lazy man’s prayer.  It is redundant, a wast of God’s time and attention, a violation of the commandment not to take His name in vain.

 

An oath is a demand that God help a man serve a government.  An oath then places the government in the ultimate position of mastery, the man in service to the government and God in service to the man.  It stands the natural order of God-man-government on its head.  Perhaps it is for this reason that a perjury is considered a crime against the state.  A perjury breaks the oath, returning the government to its proper position at the bottom, while leaving the perjurer in the ludicrous and impossible position of master over God.

 

When it came to oaths, Jesus Christ demanded “Swear not at all.”  Pretty clear words.  But Christian “religions” have chosen to ignore them, saying, “Well, He really meant that it was all right to swear oaths to governments.”  These professed servants of Christ claim a wisdom greater than that of their Master.

 

Of course, Quakers refuse to take oaths, as do a few other societies.  These are not “religions.”  Quaker is a nickname given to the Society of Friends by a judge who had difficulty causing the membership to “quake” in fear of him.  The Quaker Movement began in opposition to oaths and taxes.  Four centuries ago the people of England were required to take an oath to the Crown and to the Anglican Church.  To refuse was treason.  Once, sworn, the people were required to pay a tithe (income tax) for the use of the church.  To refuse to pay was a perjury.  Sound familiar?

 

The Quakers held that all men were equal, that no man owed service or tax to another.  At the time men were commonly indentured into service.  That took an oath.  It was quite obvious that the way to lose freedom was to swear commonly indentured into service.  That took an oath.  It was quite obvious that the way to lose freedom was to swear an oath.  The Quakers simply refused.  They also refused to use titles like Your Honor, Your Lordship, or Sir, and even refused to remove their hats, for that was considered a “service” that servants owed their masters.  With all that in mind, try to picture a Quaker in court!  They were brought to court by the thousands on treason charges.  Many were convicted, being immediately sent to jail on contempt of court for calling the judge “Thomas” or William,” refusing to remove their hats, or refusing to take an oath of allegiance or an oath in defense.  The “revolving-door” contempt convictions amounted to a life sentence.  Yes, this does sound familiar.  Perhaps were should be more attentive to history.

 

The Quakers finally succeeded in their quest.  The courts agreed that no oath could be compelled and even that you can wear a hat in court or call the judge by his first name.  These acts, however, must be founded on reason of conscience. Those rulings became part of the common law and are current in this nation today.

 

When the Commissioner of IRS says income tax is a system of “voluntary compliance,” those words are based on the actions of the Quaker movement hundreds of years ago.  You can’t be compelled to take an oath or a claim a false oath:  it is purely voluntary.  A compelled oath is automatically a false oath.  A false oath is an automatic perjury.  I you are going to claim a false oath, you’ll have to do it voluntarily.

 

You can refuse to sign a form 1040 only by reason of conscience.  Conscience means “with knowledge.”  You know you’ve not take an oath of office.  Now you know you aren’t subject to the “penalties of perjury.”  Truth is, you aren’t subject to penalties of perjury; truth is what sets men free.

 

A freeman is subject to no human power.  The opposite of subject is “object.”  You aren’t a “protestor.”  You’re an “objector.”  Protests may fall on deaf ears, but an objection based on reason of conscience, your own conscience, cannot be overlooked or overruled.  A conscientious objection to an oath, be it true or false, is a claim of the rational order of God-man-government.  A judge who overrules your conscience places himself in the position of your master.  But that position is already occupied.  The judge is in deep trouble.

 

You’ve probably claimed many false oaths.  I’ll suggest that just about every complaint you have with government rests on a false oath.  I’ll bet you doesn’t like licenses.  Read the applications for licenses, read the statutes.  You’ll find either an oath or false oath somewhere.  Michigan statutes say that a driver’s license can’t be granted until “the oath” is administered.  No oaths are administered, but the application is made under “penalty of perjury.”  The applicant simply lies for the government by claiming the oath was administered.

 

Maybe you don’t like the Federal Reserve notes.  Each note bears the words “In God We Trust.” Weird.  If a child stood up each day in public school and proclaimed those words, he’d be sued for practicing religion.  The words “In God We Trust” are a form of an oath.  Oaths are a “lawful” intermingling of church and state.  Oaths are the means by which governments are given power.

 

Because the FRN contains an oath, it is "sworn-money"-jurismoneta, if you will.  The oath makes it "real".  Of course, the courts have been forced to redefine a dollar rather than admit that the FRN is a false oath.  The judges, like you and me, are forced to del in FRNs.  We've all become accessories to perjury.  Now you know why you dislike FRNs.  We are all trapped in a system of perjuries.  We are held to be servants to our government by means of our false oaths.

 

There is a way out.  Confess.  Admit that you've claimed false oaths, but that you were unaware and had no intention of doing so.  [The government might have fraudulently coerced you, but that's a subject of another article.]  Confession is the only honest thing to do.  Freemen must be honest.  In confessing your crime you'll find freedom.  Don't worry about an indictment following your confession.  Can you imagine a prosecutor attempting to explain to a grand jury that you committed perjury because you didn't take an oath before your signed tax returns?  Neither did the jurors!

But once you've confessed, never sign your life away again!
