Stop the Yoga!

"The word yoga is derived from the root yuj, which means to unite or to join together. The practice of yoga may lead to the union of the human with the divine - all within the self. The aim of yoga is the transformation of human beings from their natural form to a perfected form. The Yogic practices originated in the primordial depths of India's past. From this early period the inner attitudes and disciplines which were later identified and given orderly expression by Patanjali."

Anyone who is practicing yoga or think that it is something good, please think again.  I am going to point out the dangers of practicing it and point out the bad results that I have personally seen from people who practice such things.

I am a believer in the God who created the heavens and the earth, but I do not subscribe to any religion because they are just too inconsistent to be credible.  I have read many writings that claim to be the word of God, but they contain too many errors.  I lean more toward early Christian teachings as they seem to be more instructive as to morals and keeping God's commandments.

In the quote above, notice how it says that "the practice of yoga may lead to the union of the human with the divine all within the self."  What this really means is that the claim is eventually going to be made that the human being is going to be a god.  You can also observe this teaching in hyper-charismatic "Christian" teaching.  No man or woman can be a god.  There's only one God, and that's the one who created everything.  There's no other way it can be that would make any sense.

Here are a few problems with yoga.

There is no such thing as a human being.  The term human being refers to a "bi-pedaled primate mammal."  In other words, a man which is a derivative of a monkey.  Click here for a more detailed explanation.  Mankind is not to be considered animals, but people created in God's image.  God is not a monkey.  It's a small point, but one worth making to establish the proper context.

The idea seems to be that a man can unite his mind with his inner god, which would be more satanic than anything else.  Any satanic practice will result in the destruction of the person doing it.  This is the purpose of yoga; to destroy all those who use it.

Then there is this idea of "transformation" from the natural state to a more "perfected" one.

Who can do better than God the creator?  Do you really think that man can create something more perfect than God?  If you think that, then you are probably two fries short of a happy meal.

God created everything perfectly; however, it is Satan who tries to ruin our lives by influencing man to satanic inclinations.

The proponents of yoga say that it is great for stress.  My experience with people who practice yoga says just the opposite.  I have seen people who can't stand even the normal stress from a regular day of living.  Their tempers are uneven, and they tend to blow up at the most insignificant thing.  Their paranoia is unparalleled.   This practice of yoga has influenced millions of people who contort their bodies in the name of the supposedly healthy exercise when the fact is that it is extremely unhealthy to the mind and the body.  Once the mind goes, so goes the body.  I have never seen one person who didn't become a raving lunatic who practiced yoga.  Of course, Satan isn't going to tell you it is evil, he tells you it is good.  Satan is a liar.  There's nothing wrong with wanting to improve oneself, but it cannot be done with yoga.

Then there is "hot yoga" which is practiced in rooms at 85-105 degrees temperature.  This opens the door to all kinds of diseases.  I knew someone who I told not to do that but did it anyway and got deathly ill.  Because this is usually done in a class setting, there are all kinds

of opportunities for diseases to spread in the warm setting.  From a common sense point of view,

this is as stupid as it gets.

Yet this idiotic practice has ruined the lives of millions in the United States.  This might explain why some people are so unstable in their thoughts and deeds.  Any satanic practice is going to unsettle the mind and destroy everything in its path.

No man or woman can be a god and no man should try to practice any ritual that involves a religion that claims that a man can be a god.  Or, a man can become "perfected" by the actions of another man.  That is simply ridiculous.

Remember, if you practice yoga, everything else will start to go wrong.  Nothing works right when yoga is practiced.  Think of yoga as putting your whole being into a spiritual cesspool.

Or as the old saying goes: "Friends don't let friends practice yoga."

I'm Only Doing My Job

To be a government worker, politician, or representative  means to be a hired thug.  There is no honor in working for what is passed off for government.  Whether one is just the janitor, clerk, or the President of the United States, it means that a man is a part of a very evil system whose intent is to destroy the lives of men.  Anyone who is a part of an evil system like this is in danger of becoming extremely evil themselves.
I was in a courtroom about 10 years ago in Redding, California.  I had the audacity to ask the judge what laws we were going to use.  The exchange went something like this: I have three certified copies of the California Constitution, 1849, 1878, and 1966, which one are we going to use today?  Yes, I was a bit of a smart ass but it was an intelligent question as there are three variations (at least) of the California Constitution.  The judge said: "Mr. Thompson, I am not going to play twenty questions with you today."  So, I simply stood up and walked out of the courtroom.  I then went over to the Sheriff's office and requested that I file a complaint on the judge because I thought he was impersonating a judicial officer.  The Sheriff refused to let me file a complaint.  About two weeks later, I was literally dragged out of my office by the State Marshal and brought back into court.
I personally was acquainted with some of the local marshals and they knew all about the various issues.  As one of them was walking me down the hallway to the courtroom door in handcuffs, he says to me: "Sorry Al, I'm just doing my job."  Of course, I replied: "Didn't they say that in Nuremberg?"  He says: "Nuremberg?"  That gave him something to think about.
So I say this to the anarchists: we already have anarchy, how do you like it so far?  It is the government who disrespects its own laws, and by kidnapping and putting people in jail without proper facts in evidence, they are also violating God's laws.  Manstealing is a capital offense in the scriptures. He that stealeth a man, and selleth him, if it be found with him, shall die the death. (Exodus 21:16)  Are there not bonds that are put on a man's head when he is convicted and then sold on the bond market?  This is why judges and lawyers are thieves.  Just because some demonic psycho in a black robe issues an order, doesn't mean anyone is obligated to carry it out unless it is a lawful order.  The only lawful orders would be those which comply with God's commandments and the natural law.  Without that kind of discipline, nothing is going to work properly.  We will always be under satanic tyranny.
No man has a license to violate natural law.  The only true sovereign is the creator.  We are all subject to natural law, whether we like it or not.  And to put a man in jail without a proper trial or by hiding exculpatory evidence, is an offense against God and His natural law.  "I'm only doing my job" is no excuse for injuring another man, woman, or child.

Why I Deleted My Facebook Account

Update: 04/11/18

Sometime in 2016 I reinstated my FB account because I thought it would help with my research.  However, when I started commenting on the Baby Holm incident and child trafficking in general, I was locked out of my account.  Political speech is not free on that forum but since it is a private company, they can post what they want.  I also found that I was spending way too much time using it; sometimes up to 5 hours a day.  I finally deleted it again and my life returned to normal.  I find it to be a creepy organization with poor customer service.  I tried to resolve the lock out issue but there was no email nor was there a phone number for me to call.  I'm not going to spend hours and hours trying to find them so I recently deleted my accounts.   I wrote this article over six years ago and after watching a portion of Zuckerberg's testimony in the Congress, I'm reposting this article because I don't think he's the kind of man to whom I would trust my information.  It will be interesting to see how FB does in the coming months as I think there are other options for people to use.
_____________________________________________________

About a year ago I finished my first book, and I wanted to know how to market the product.  Most of the material was referring back to social media such as Facebook and Linked In.  These two websites give me the creeps.  I can't quite put my finger on it, but a little feeling inside of me tells me not to get involved with either one.
My reasons are not very specific, but it seems to me that to put so much personal data up on a website like Facebook is really asking for trouble.  While Linked In is for professional people, Facebook involves potentially everyone on the planet.
One reason I didn't like it is that it goes through your contacts in your email such as the one I use with Google.  So when I completed my Facebook profile, most of my son's friends and contacts came up as potential "friends" on my account.  I am guessing that because I had my son's email listed in the contacts, they just went through his list of contacts as well.  Obviously, there's no way to control this and it has the potential to cause a person major damage if they become associated with evil people.
Another reason is that most companies that are "liberal" politically are only going to allow their point of view on their website.  Joe Farah's World Net Daily recently posted an article that showed how Facebook posted an instruction book on a do-it-yourself abortion.  Facebook initially took it down but then re-posted it and actually apologized.  However, a pro-life person had his material taken down and to this date, it hasn't been put back up.  Facebook censors political speech.  And since it is a private company, or it was, it has the option to remove material anyway it wishes.
Now, I have to ask the question: Those of you who call yourselves conservatives, do you really trust a bunch of left-wing socialists, liberals, progressives, and psycho-nazis  to respect your privacy or your religious/political views?  If you are answering "yes" then I have a bridge I can sell to you.  They are going to mine your data, and they will know almost everything about you.  And what you don't understand is that if the government ever gets pissed at you for whatever reason, they will be able to make up almost any story about you and make it stick.  They need something like Facebook to make that happen.
While I can see why a lot of people like the website; I think that the potential for abuse of privacy is not worth the benefits.  In today's world, one can be accused of almost anything.  Facebook makes that much easier to do.  The feds have an inside joke in saying that they can indict a ham sandwich.
Zuckerberg's voice creeps me out; his company creeps me out.  I have a Facebook icon on my smartphone, and I can't get rid of it.  Actually, I have a bunch of programs that I don't want.  And what about those stupid little buttons and the "like" buttons.  What is the purpose of that?  I'll tell you what I think.  I think Facebook, just like other creepy government agencies, will have a master file on everyone who signs up.  And then Facebook will use that information for marketing purposes, which isn't so bad, but it has the potential of intruding upon someone's privacy.
As a result, I deleted my Facebook account and I don't plan on ever using it again.  Any type of political use of it will result in a larger forum for communists than for conservatives.  I'll just have to find other ways for marketing my book.  Facebook will not be one of them.

Good Manners for Young People

One thing that would go a long way to help along the relationships between men and women would be to get a set of good manners.  I am appalled at the almost total disregard for decent behavior for men and women.  I've been around prison inmates as well as people on the "outside" and I have to say that I've never seen such nonsense.  So just in case no one ever said anything to you, I have a few suggestions for manners that can be deployed instantly and will make life more enjoyable for everyone concerned.

Men
  • Don't call your wife, girlfriend, and fiance a bitch.  Don't call her a whore, slut, or any other filthy language.  Don't call other people M....F...., N word.  You should act like an adult, so skip the nasty words.
  • Don't use the F-word in front of your mother.  I've actually seen this and I wanted to give the kid a knuckle sandwich.  Have some respect for your mother.
  • Open any doors for a woman.  This may be chauvinistic, but who cares?  When you do this, you are showing respect for her.
  • If you go out to eat dinner or on a date; pay for it.  Don't be a cheapskate and make her pay for her half, or worse, make her pay the whole bill.  Be a man, and pay the bill.  If you can't afford it, then do something else until you can.  I'm sorry, but there is nothing worse than a man depending upon a woman for money.  Always make sure you have enough money, which means you'll have to develop your career skill-set to make sure you're never out of work and money.
  • When you go out to dinner, turn off the cell phones.  I know this may be difficult, and you may experience withdrawals such as shaking uncontrollably; foaming at the mouth and rolling on the floor.  When you go out with a woman, pay attention to her.  You may even want to leave the cell phones in the car.
  • If a hot chick comes into the restaurant, don't ogle her as if you've never seen one like that, but look the other way and look completely disinterested.  This will make your date feel good without any competition.
  • Don't wear sagging pants, with a baseball cap twisted backwards on your head.  Just know that when you do this, it is as if you were putting a sign on yourself that says: "I'm an idiot."  You may well be an idiot, but you don't have to tell everyone.
Women

  • Don't you try to stop a man from doing any of the above.
  • Don't do your makeup at the table.  In fact, a lot of men like me don't like makeup on a woman. Men like to see the real thing.  You may think it's ugly, but most men don't. If you must use makeup, do not spend hours putting it on and delaying the thing you would be otherwise doing.
  • If a man says something you deem is questionable, don't snap at him and then attack like a pit bull.  Just quietly ask for clarification.  If you still find it objectionable, then politely make your point.  Do not go from 0 to bitch in 5 seconds.  That will upset the whole relationship.
  • If you are going out with your husband, don't say: "You're not going out with me wearing that!"  Gently suggest that perhaps he would look better wearing this or that, but don't strong-arm him.
  • If you say you will call him back at a certain time, then have the common decency to be on time.  Most men I know, can't stand it when someone doesn't call back when they said they would.  What this shows is your lack of consideration, interest, and respect.  This is a big "no go" for most men.
  • Wear modest clothing. You don't need to show off your breasts in public.  That's for your husband at home, and not for everyone who has a pair of eyes.
  • Men love women who don't want to be men.  Don't try to compete with a man, try to compliment the man with your own femininity.  The reason why women are getting little respect is that they have become very hostile to a man's masculinity.
The reason I wrote this is because I see just the opposite throughout my days.  It doesn't make any sense to create trouble when there is plenty of that going around already.  Just try to have a little more respect for the other person, and life will get better.

What Young People Should Be Thinking

I spend some of my time around young people and I am very concerned about what their priorities are and how they will proceed with their lives.  Many of them are like punch-drunk boxers who are getting the crap beat out of them with no referee, and they don't even know it.
Their music is trash, they have tattoos and piercings that look like shit, lousy job expectations,
poor moral foundations, uncontrolled drug abuse, and an education system that is almost completely useless in giving them a complete understanding of how the world really works.  They are given a vision of fantasy and fiction; wasting their time on video games, without the proper understanding of  the realities of decent living.
Young people should be planning to begin their families.  Young men should be planning to make enough money to support themselves, their wives (not significant others), and their children.  Children should be raised by their parents and not some communist psycho in the public school system.
Young people should not be having sex until they are married.  Sex before marriage completely distorts the loving relationship between a man and a woman.  Sex is not an end in itself.  Sex is the vehicle with which a couple produces babies.  That is the main purpose of sex.  Yes, it is enjoyable, but only in its proper context of a proper marriage.
Men have to start acting like men.  They need to be responsible for themselves and their families.  I think that many young men have a lot of abilities that go wasted for a lot of reasons.  Young women should stop being so preoccupied with their appearance and put more thought about what kind of man they want in order to start a family.  Men and women are different, but both will compliment each other if they stay within God's natural order.  Men want real women; not whores or sluts.
The best part of life is raising children.  There is nothing better than that, but today's society
teaches people that children are some kind of disease.  When I look back on my life, raising my children was the most fun and satisfying part of living.  It far surpassed any successes that I had in anything.  That's the way God created us, and that's a part of the natural law and it never changes.
Do not listen to those who try to tell you that homosexual activity is "normal" or just some kind of lifestyle choice.  It is an extremely evil activity and those who engage in it have already destroyed their own lives.
Today, you have to think outside of the box, because the current box is evil.  Politics and religion today are very stupid and evil and the political correctness is an engagement in the absurd.  It's time to get back to basics.  Boys and girls grow up to be men and women, who in turn have their own children.  Question authority, never accept anything at its face value.  Just because someone did this or that, test it for yourself.  You should be using the brain that you were created with and stop listening to people who are stupid and evil.  Stupid and evil people have nothing of value to say, so why even listen to them?  Remember 2 + 2 = 4 even if some other knucklehead comes up with a different answer.
The natural law cannot be successfully overthrown, because it is always constant and it is always dependable.  Natural law is self-evident.  You don't need a textbook to know it.  Your primary senses are your eyes and your ears; use them.  These are the two primary ways a man takes in information.  Use them wisely and try not to subject them to stupid and evil things.  Stupid and evil are the beginning and the end of your slavery.  There's nothing worse in life than evil, so just stay away from it.
Use the natural law and the commandments as your own rule for living.  This is the beginning of your liberty as a man or woman.  If you can stay within these boundaries, life will get much better and you will be more productive.  And don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it.  You can do it; you're supposed to do it.  Every man and woman chooses evil for himself.  Today's society has taken all of our defenses away, and we have become like the punch-drunk boxer who is too beat up to perform.  We have become the roadkill for evil and this ought not to be.  Evil is nothing; it accomplishes nothing and it is no service to anyone.  Stay away from it and life will become much more pleasant.
Don't ignore your conscience.  When you think your conscience is telling you not to do something, there's probably a good reason.  Check that inclination with natural law and the commandments and then decide your proper course of action.  Our creator did not intend for us to have a miserable existence.  What would be the purpose for it?  Evil is weak and powerless, it is good for nothing, so just stay away from it, and life will get much better.  Don't worry about what other people think, just work within the natural law and you will experience the joy of freedom.

How To Reclaim Your Brain: Part 2

In the first installment, I covered my general experiences about being a brain-washed drone to being able to utilize more common sense.  The problem most of us have is either a government weenie tells us to do this or to do that, or some wack-job religious teacher scares us with various teachings of the Bible which may or may not be true.  The religious teachers are the most dangerous people on the planet because a man's religious fervor is stronger than his political proclivities.  Once he is thoroughly ensconced in his religion, it becomes very difficult for him to believe in any other religion or in any other idea.  He can then be manipulated into giving up his own life for a belief that may or may not be true.  I've been through most types of Christian beliefs, and I can confidently say that everything today that is passed off as Christian is not.  So how do we separate ourselves from those things that are questionable?  How do we reclaim our brains and start thinking for ourselves?
We have to understand that there are two major areas of operation in the physical and the spiritual realm:  God the creator and His goodness; Satan, Lucifer, and his evil.  Since man has a free will, he has the choice between good and evil.  Here is where you reclaim your brain.  I'm going to assume that most of the readers know the commandments and have a good idea what is natural law.
With all the religions in the world, how we know God?  That's easy.  He would be the one who created everything we see and don't see.  That is the God we are responsible to and of course, His commandments are important.  How do we know what commandments we are supposed to keep?
Most of them are obvious and can be rationally thought out through the use of reason.  Because the commandments are always present within the natural law and they can be confirmed without the use of a book.
Let's look at the commandment of not having any false gods before Him and not to make any graven images.  It's obvious that mankind is to worship God the creator only, and it would be stupid to worship something that is created.  Remember, the created cannot be worshiped.  So then any false religious doctrine should be ignored because it will draw us over to the dark side.  We don't want to worship a satanic delusion.  In my experience in "Christian" churches, I have seen so many false doctrines that I couldn't keep track of them all and I saw it in every church.  In fact, I can safely say that I have never seen a Christian church.  If it wasn't for some of the earlier Christian writings, I would have given up on it long ago.   If there is false doctrine, then there is idolatry.  In order for me to preserve my own well-being and not offend God, I no longer go to any church.  If a doctrine is false then the whole organization is on the dark side.  If you go into various churches you will see statues.  Are they not graven images?  If they were true to their own Bible they wouldn't have them in the churches.  So when you see them, you know that you are in a church that is evil.
Of course, this is hypocritical to say one thing and do another, but it is useful for us to recognize them for what they are and then just stay away from them.  And that is our immediate solution.  It is better to simply separate oneself from the spiritual nonsense.  We will always be tempted to offend God and this is the spiritual battle with which we are all involved.
Your best evidence is in the natural law.  Anyone can write a book, but a book has too many opportunities for someone to lie or to make gross errors.  The Bible isn't any different.  The Bible has many conflicts in "moral character."  While I believe that there is a lot of truth in the Bible, even that has to be double-checked to make sure what I am reading is true.  In these two examples, it is easy to understand that we are not to worship that which is created.  Why worship a statue that was made with a man's hands.  Why worship a god who is a lie?  Just because some preacher holds the Bible and says that it is the word of God, doesn't mean that it is true.  Every writing has to be checked with reason and common sense.  God didn't put in a bunch of secret codes that only the chosen few would understand.  I believe that God put the commandments in nature and in us, and he made them simple to obey.  If we go outside of them, then we waste our lives.
When we choose well then our lives become enjoyable.  When we worship God we need to do it in truth, then we will benefit from the life that He gave us.
Now, the Bible claims that Jesus Christ is God in the flesh.  How do I know that is true?  Well, it may be, but it doesn't make any difference because Christ told people to keep the commandments and the gospel said he is God.  So if I worship the God who created me, and Jesus Christ was a true historical figure and was indeed the Messiah, then I am essentially worshiping the same person.  But if Jesus Christ is false, and some jerk made up the stories, then that could draw me into idolatry.  I'm not willing to take that chance.  I do believe there is a hell because all of the evil people have to go somewhere.  I believe the soul of a man is immortal and it makes sense to do things the right way so as not to offend my creator.
What this does for me is to stop all the religious arguments.  I don't have to go from one chapter and verse to another to make a point. And I am or was very accomplished at that, but then I realized that if it wasn't true, I would be spreading some liar's  nonsense to innocent hearers.  All I am expected to do is to fear God and keep His commandments because I was created that way.  All men and women are subject to the same God because in nature we all live on the same planet.  If we flushed all of the religious groups down the toilet (symbolically speaking), then most of the commandments would be kept and mankind's troubles would be greatly diminished.  That would be a very advanced society.  I know this works because I can see the benefit from it when I behave myself.

Goodbye J.C. Penny: Les Be On Our Way

My family have been lifetime customers of J.C. Penny's, however, with the hiring of Ellen Degenerate..or whatever her name is, I will no longer be buying anything from this company.  I'm sick and tired of the homosexual agenda taking over everything being in-your-face with it.  It seems like us heterosexuals just don't have a place in society anymore.  I sent in a complaint to their customer service department today and this is how they responded:
"As we focus on being in sync with the rhythm of our customers' lives and operating in a 'Fair and Square' manner that is rooted in integrity, simplicity and respect, we couldn't think of a better partner than Ellen DeGeneres. We are extremely proud to have her on our team."
In other words, J.C. Penny essentially told me to stuff it.  So, I will focus on my right to never purchase another thing from this company as long as I have breath. I will focus my "sync and rythmn" on admiring nice women who raise decent children.  Homosexuals are on the wrong side of God's law and natural law and there is no benefit in becoming one.  Yes, they have a right to choose that for themselves, but the are ruining their lives.  They are lazy and don't want the joy or the responsibility of raising a family under God's laws, so they take the easy way out and pervert themselves with their stupid activities.  I see this response as snotty, arrogant, and probably a homo wrote it.  They are destroying everything.  If homos like destroying their lives, then they will have to live with the consequences, but in the meantime, I wish they would go back into the closet.
The best course of action by those of us who are still heterosexual is to stop purchasing from this company, or any other company who promotes the homosexual agenda.  That would probably mean that you'll have to stop watching TV, stop going to movies, do your own interior design, and homeschool your children.

How to Reclaim Your Brain: Part 1

If you are anything like me, I have realized in the last few years that I was completely brain-washed to the point that most of the government and religious information was completely useless.  The reason is that these two groups of people lie so much, that it is almost shocking when they tell the truth; which confuses things even further.  When something is written down, we really don't know if it is truthful information and without error.
When I was put in prison, I discovered that I had a brain and I could use it.  After being isolated, I discovered just how damaging regular media outlet can be.  I began to spend my time just thinking about things, rather than being lead around by the nose.  Even though I was in prison, I felt like I was becoming emancipated from the daily onslaught of the various medias.  I found it odd that I could feel free while being physically enslaved in prison.  I thought I was going to go into convulsions without a computer.  But the opposite actually happened.  I started to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Now, I try to bring in more accurate information by observing truth through sight, sound, or some other kind of experience.  In other words, written information may or may not be true so then the veracity of it must somehow be confirmed.
The same is especially true for visual media such as TV and movies.  I no longer go to or watch movies because I don't want to see evil things.  By not seeing them, I am clearing my mind for information that may actually do me some good. Every second I engage something useless is a part of my life that I have wasted.  I didn't learn anything and I acquired no virtue, nor did I build up of my character.  And since my time on earth is quite limited, I know that I should be spending my time on things that are good and getting rid of the evil.
Evil things are intended to distract away from things that are honest and good.  Government and religions are the most destructive forces on the earth.  The main tool of both is the lie.  Once a lie is told, the people who hear it now waste their precious time responding to it; whether by thoughts or deeds, a person's mind is completely distorted by lies.  All of their actions that are based upon any lie are wasted and are destructive.  Why would anyone even listen to someone who they think is lying to them?  For me, it was out of a bad habit.  I used to think I was educating myself by listening to the various news outlets.  What I have been able to do lately is to completely cut myself off of those things I just don't need to hear.  If it isn't anything good or something that I can't do anything about, I don't bother with it.  If it is of no service to me, then there's no point in considering it.  This saves me a lot of time and effort.  The nice part about this is that the power of the liar is ruined if no one listens to his nonsense.  Since there is no real power in evil, if people stopped paying attention to it, most of it would collapse into nothingness.
The major issue of reclaiming your brain is to stop believing other peoples' nonsense. Don't consider it; don't even listen to it.  If you're not sure about something, then by all means, go ahead and study the issue, but if you find that it is stupid or evil, then just leave it alone.  See, we give power to evil by talking about it all the time.  By paying attention to stupid and evil people, we empower them.  Ignoring their words takes their power away.  And certainly, withdrawing from their ways of doing things can only serve to improve our lives.
Evil people like to make slaves out of men, women, and children.  If the mind can be enslaved, then it is much easier for the evil ones to control the people.  The first line of defense in this atmosphere would be to stop opening the mind to these people and closing it off for only that which is seemly.  Why would anyone care what an evil person has to say?  You know it's not going to be good, so why listen to it?
By cutting off your attention to evil things, the power of the evil will implode upon itself.  It will make your life much more bearable, and you will enjoy the good part of life.  The purpose of evil is
to destroy mankind, so the best thing to do is to stop listening to their poppycock.  Think about the time all of us have spent on things that can't possibly do us any good.  And then we feed the evil by paying attention to it.  We are wasting our time and our lives.  Every second that passes buy should be used for good things; building character and virtue, rather than constantly feeding the evil.
By reclaiming your brain, you will free yourself of the mental and spiritual chains of evil.  Life will get better.  I don't think God put us on earth to be miserable.  And if you look at the actions of government and religion, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that these two forces are the primary instigators of the misery of mankind.  The only comfort I have been able to find is contained within God's commandments and His wisdom, because those actually work.

Internal Revenue Laws Repealed: 1939

During my time as an income tax activist (tax protester), there were many arguments that seemed to show that the income tax in the United States is a complete fraud.  Some say it is "voluntary", some used the 861 position (easy to prove with the "code"), some thought that the 16th Amendment was never ratified (plausible but hard to prove), and some say that there is no bona fide taxing statute.  I leaned more to the 861 position because it says what it says, but it is a bit difficult to explain to the uninitiated.
Sometime in June 2003, during a meeting of income tax researchers of the "patriot" groups from all over the country, Jack Cohen held up a little, dark red income tax code book.  And in that book, it says that the internal revenue laws were repealed at 53 Stat 1.  My jaw dropped.  If that were true, it would simplify any presentations of evidence in any court or IRS hearing.  But what was more startling was that Jack was essentially ignored by almost all of the group of 20 researchers with the exception of me.
Of course, the "patriot" groups made a lot of money helping people fight the IRS so then a real solution would be ignored.  It's like the medical profession: There's no money in a cure.  I have had this posted on the internet for over seven years, and yet there has very little response.  The so-called "conservative" media wouldn't touch the issue.
I found myself in front of a federal judge in Sacramento who put me in jail for contempt of court because I wouldn't comply with a court order to file my tax returns.  I asked him if he expected me to file the returns according to the law.  He indicated that it would be the case, and I then told him the internal revenue laws were repealed at 53 Stat 1, so where should I go from here?  I am not willing to do any function that requires me to break any of God's commandments. In this case, I was expected to lie.   I was eventually released after 88 days but my business was destroyed, my marriage of 32 years was already in ruins, and my reputation severely compromised.  The New York Times seemed to  coordinate stories and my name was splattered all over the wire services.
My marriage was generally a happy one, but we did have our challenges.  The breaking point came when the DOJ started coming after me and my wife couldn't take the pressure.  She would cry hysterically because her whole life was being turned upside down.  One night she cried: "Please make this go away."  She knew I was right on the tax issue, but it was extremely difficult or impossible to get any remedy.  I was devastated at the loss of my marriage, because coming from a divorced family myself, my big goal in life was to stay with the same woman for the rest of my life.
I had grown up with complete respect for the law and the government and I came to realize that they make the mafia look like a bunch of panty-waists.  I knew that the government had corrupted people in it, but I still held out hope that somewhere there would be some honor in the system.  I was wrong.  Religious leaders just sat on their hands while people like me tried to correct what we thought was a major problem.  The late Richard Simkanin, Nick Jesson, Sherri Jackson, ex-IRS agent, my co-defendant Joe Banister also an ex-IRS agent, and many other people have desperately tried to resolve the income tax issue.  Joe Banister and I appeared on 60 Minutes II in April of 2001.  By bringing national attention to the issue, we  painted a big target on our backs.  And we still feel the effects of it today.
While I have good business skills, especially in sales, I can't go out and get a regular job any longer, as I can't get past the HR departments.  My whole life has changed, so I live a much different life than I had before.  I lost most of my possessions and I have learned not to have much of anything.  All of this happened to me because I refused to lie.  I cannot function properly without the truth of any matter.  But what was hard to take was the destruction of my marriage.  We had been together almost every day since our early twenties. (I'm 65 as of this writing.)
Now, I just stay to myself.  I'm not a complete recluse, but I don't go to very many places.  I like to be outside and hike.  I'm still a friendly man and I enjoy the company of other people, but the world that I thought I lived in is something much different.  I'm not bitter because I have learned that it won't do me any good.  My situation is what it is and it could have been a lot worse.
I met men in prison who were in for 20+ years for nonviolent crimes.  I knew men who died from the shabby medical care while in prison.  And many men had their wives divorce them because they couldn't wait until their husbands got out.  I even found out that Title 18 was never properly passed by Congress—no surprise there—and that no one is lawfully detained in federal prison.
I don't know what is going to happen in this country, but the impending payback that will be by the wrath of God is building.  I see no other way to fix any of this unless people start keeping God's commandments.  And I know in my life, God has paid me back for every rotten thing I have done, so how much more will it be for the people who operate government?  Who can endure such a calamity?
Whether it is "Show Me the Law" regarding income taxes, or "Where's the Birth Certificate", or
any other legitimate questioning of the government--the real condition of our existence is that we have no cognizable law, other than God's commandments and the natural law that can be dependably used.  The United States Constitution and the Bill Rights are not operative in any courtroom in the United States.  The true condition is that the government is completely nonresponsive for the benefit of the people at large. It treats the people as if they are animals or livestock; to be fleeced--production drones to feed the pockets of the greedy communists called "Government". It is structurally evil and it is structurally stupid; completely lawless and self-serving.
The value of keeping God's commandments and the natural law cannot be underestimated.  That is where the true power of life resides.

_______________________

03/21/16"  Here is an article I wrote on December 11th, 2003 on how Congress passes laws.  No one can argue that the internal revenue laws were repealed and never enacted again.  The basis of the income tax today is based upon the 1954 Code which in turn was based on a law that was repealed.

When Congress passes laws, there is a very specific procedure that they follow. Laws are enacted by either a Bill or a Resolution that may originate in the House or the Senate. “A bill that has been agreed to in an identical form by both bodies becomes the law of the land only after: 1. Presidential approval; or 2. failure by the President to return it with objections to the House in which it originated within 10 days, (Sundays excepted) while Congress is in session; or 3. the overriding of a presidential veto by the two-thirds vote in each House.”

For a full explanation see

Once a bill or resolution is enacted it must be published. “One of the important steps in the enactment of a valid law is the requirement that it shall be made known to the people who are bound by it.”  This makes sense since the people must have a place to refer to, in order to find out what their obligations are, if any, to the Government.

When the bills and resolutions are enacted, they are first published as a “slip law”, which means they are published in an “unbound pamphlet.”

These slip laws become “competent evidence” in all federal and state courts, tribunals, and public offices.

They then become published in the United States Statutes at Large, and these are “legal evidence” of the laws, and are accepted as proof of the laws in any court in the United States.

The statutes are then codified by the Law Revision Counsel of the House of Representatives.  The codes become “prima facie” evidence of the law, and they stand as law unless rebutted or challenged.  However, the codes are not law, but simply prima facie (on its face) evidence of the law.  This kind of evidence should be rebutted or challenged, especially when dealing with any alleged internal revenue code.

However, when communicating with the Internal Revenue Service, literally thousands upon thousands of people have been asking the simple question, “Show me the law”, and have been stonewalled by that agency without any apparent recourse.  People have been thrown in prison for violating a “law” that hasn’t been disclosed when
demanded.

Why does this happen?  It would seem to be obvious, that the Government would  put forth the law when requested.  Why don’t they do it?  I submit that the reason is these laws simply do not exist because they were repealed in 1939.  Yes, that is correct, the internal revenue laws were repealed in that year.

It Happened February 10th, 1939.

Look at Exhibit A, it is a copy of the INTERNAL REVENUE CODE February 10th, 1939 [H. R. 2762] [Public, No 1] Chapter 2  At Sec 4. it says the following: “…all such laws and parts of laws codified herein, to the extent they relate exclusively to internal revenue, are repealed, effective, except as provided in Sec. 5.”

Section 5. “Continuance of  Existing Law.- Any provision of law in force on the 2ndday of January 1939 corresponding to a provision contained in the Internal Revenue Title shall remain in force until the corresponding provision under such Title takes effect.”

What just happened?  It appears that indeed, the internal revenue laws were repealed and saved in the Internal Revenue Title for use to preserve the rights and liabilities that occurred when these internal revenue laws were in effect.  But since they were repealed, they no longer applied, after the date of enactment, to anyone unless the liability occurred before the enactment of this statute.  In other words, they were moved to the Internal Revenue Title for savings or archive purposes, and that they only applied to those who incurred a liability before the date of enactment. The Internal Revenue Title thus contained repealed law.

Now look at Exhibit B, which is Public Law 591-Chapter 736, approved August 16th, 1954, H.R. 8300 which is called Internal Revenue Code of 1954.  On the eleventh line down it states, “To revise the internal revenue laws of the United States.”  What laws? The laws in the Internal Revenue Title were repealed laws.  So what did they revise? They revised nothing.  They did indeed give the perception that these laws were being enacted, however, it would be a legislative impossibility given the normal procedures Congress uses to enact laws.  Remember, Congress enacts laws, they do not enact Codes.  Codes are written by codifiers, and they are an index to make it easier and more orderly to find the law.

As I understand this, Congress can only revise codes, but they amend statutes and statutes are the publication of the laws.  So it appears to be what some call a “legislative orphan.”  It didn’t follow the normal process Congress uses to enact laws.  We can only surmise, that Congress pulled a fast one and made it appear that the internal revenue laws were “revised” when the truth of the matter is that they attempted to “enact” a statute based upon repealed law.  The lawmaking process does not work that way. Congress cannot amend repealed laws, they would have to enact new ones.

If the internal revenue laws were repealed, and that appears to be the fact, what does this mean?  Did Congress do this on purpose?  Or did it happen over a period of time between 1939 and 1954?  What did they know, and when did they know it?  We may never be able to answer that question, but we do know that they did it, and the law still stands today.

Many in the “tax honesty” movement, have been saying over and over again, “Show me the law…” and the government remains silent.  A complete question is: Show me the law that makes me liable for the tax.  And again, the government remains silent.  It is because there is no law, and the government knows it.  If they actually pointed to a purported liability, it would be a gross error, or worse, a complete lie.

I’ve had two occasions myself and I asked the question to IRS officials, “Please tell me what statute, code, or regulation that makes me liable for the tax, and I got nothing but silence.  One IRS appeals officer told me, “I don’t have to answer that, that’s compelled testimony.”

Therefore, since the internal revenue laws were repealed, what is the purpose in studying the codes?  Nothing. Why study codes that are not supported by law?  It doesn’t make any sense.  It appears that the process of studying codes occurs because people think that they are law, but the reality is that they may or may not be an accurate representation of the law.  One should always demand the underlying statute before answering any complaint or charge.  Remember, the “slip laws” are competent evidence, the statutes are legal evidence, and the codes are prima facie evidence of the law.  If someone is dealing with an IRS issue, I would most certainly demand to see the slip laws along with the statutes.

In fact, the Department of Justice states the following: “The text of all statutes alleged to have been violated, including the penalty provision, and the pertinent statute of limitations should be typed out in full either in the body of the prosecutor's affidavit or as exhibits to the prosecutor's affidavit. If attached as an exhibit, each statute should be typed on a separate page. If the text of the pertinent statute is unusually long or convoluted, contact the Office of International Affairs regarding the possibility of reduction. It is usually not necessary to also include the applicable provisions of the Sentencing Guidelines.”

In almost every instance I have seen in income or employment tax cases, there is no lawful affidavit sworn by a competent witness and there is no statute included in any charge/claim.  Many people have been put in jail, based upon unsworn charges with no statutes.

Therefore, it is essential that the statutes be included in any kind of charge, and this is something that  overlooked in the cases I’ve seen.  Why?  In the case of the internal revenue laws, it appears they were repealed in 1939 and no new internal revenue laws were enacted.  The government attorneys simply move their process forward because we don’t challenge their presentments,

Any charges from the federal government that does not include lawfully enacted statutes are nothing more than meritless, frivolous, charges that are meant to embarrass, oppress, harass, and intimidate the people.

How was this fact passed over by so many researchers?  The power of breaking a belief that one has held most of their life is quite difficult to break.

About two years ago, at a research meeting in Oklahoma, Jack Cohen, from Washington state, pointed out this fact of the 1939 internal revenue laws were repealed. Yes, we’ve been sitting on this for two years, but we just didn’t realize the implications.  Jack held up the book to all the researchers.  They all looked at it, but then they completely forgot about it and carried on with little discussion.  I was there, and since the other researchers didn’t have much of an interest, I thought maybe there was not much merit to Jack’s statement.  But I kept thinking that if what Jack said was true, then we don’t have to go through all this other material if the internal revenue laws were repealed.  Why are we studying codes if there is no law?  Even now, with the evidence in my hands, it is still hard to believe, but the statutes speak for themselves.  It is our knowledge and understanding that seems to be subject to our old ways of thinking.

Therefore, unless we’re missing something, it appears that indeed the internal revenue laws were repealed and that may be one of the reasons that the government refuses to “show me the law”.  There isn’t one.

Now, I find it much easier to simply ask the facts question:  What facts do you have that show that the XXXXXlaws apply to me?  They can't or don't want to answer the facts question but they will steamroll a defendant into prison based upon laws that are based upon a fraud.

The Grace of Repentance: Keeping God's Commandments

Me (608K)
I am Walter Allen Thompson, the author of Grace of Repentance: Keeping God's Commandments.
This book has been in the making for over five years of extensive thought and study.
It covers what none of us were taught in "church". I have spent over 20 years trying to understand as to why there is so much  scriptural error in the professing "Christian" church.  Find out how the oath is one of the most damaging acts a man can do to himself.  The information in the Grace of Repentance: Keeping God's Commandments include:

  • Books that were used in the early Christian church and reasons why they were removed from use.
  • Evidence that Paul's writings were either intentionally distorted, or heretical
  • How some early Christian writings are more helpful in helping the believer keep God's commandments
  • The commandments and natural law are mankind's moral structure.
  • Covers authority of truth over the authority of any writing
  • Discusses the importance of keeping God's commandments
  • Shows how some early Christian writings confirm the divinity and deity of the Messiah
This is a very good book as it goes to areas of the Christian belief that few writers have ventured. It should be interesting to anyone who is open to things that are truthful, but goes against the grain of the common understanding.
Don't be deceived by organized religion; the book The Grace of Repentance: Keeping God's Commandments, should confirm your faith in God, but diminish your interest in organized religion. It is interesting and thought provoking.  Most importantly, it should help to build your faith in God by understanding that his commandments are the true source of freedom.

Every Good Man is Free: A Review

The title of this writing, Every Good Man is Free, from Philo caught my eye a few years ago and I found it extremely interesting because it seems to conform to my belief that a man who is good is one who is free.  I had never heard it stated in that manner.  I want to go through this writing and point out the things that I think are useful and true.  Since Philo lived around 40CE, I only have the text on which to rely.  I consider any writing secondary information.  What I like to do is to look at a writing and then figure out if what it has to say is true or false.  I never accept the authority of any writing unless I have some kind of way to verify the veracity of it.

"....every wicked man was a slave, and that proposition I fully established by many natural and unquestionable argument;"   "......we will proceed to show that every virtuous man is free."

Anyone who offends God in any way is indeed a slave.  He is in bondage to Satan or evil and there is no way a man can please God in breaking any of His commandments.  An evil man constantly lives with the guilty conscience that is provoked by his wicked acts.  He lives in a satanic stupor in which good and evil are blurred to the point that he has a very difficult life.  I remember how I have been repaid for every evil thing I ever did and the only way for me to avoid any more payback in the future is to stop doing evil things and learn to be a good man.
Almost every church or religious groups say that it is impossible to be a good person.  This is the kind of nonsense that distorts reality because we are supposed to be good people.  So why would a religious group say the opposite?  It is simple: They are liars.  The whole point of the commandments is for mankind to live within those boundaries which will produce an enormous benefit for those people who do good things, but evil to those that don't.

"...God is my ruler, and no mortal man....."
"For, in real truth, that man alone is free who has God for his leader;..."

Ultimately, this is the only viable condition for any man, woman, or child.  Because man-made laws are too inconsistent, too capricious, and too convoluted to be of any practical use.  However, God's natural laws are very easy to understand because they are self-evident.  By taking other men out of the equation, the true relationship between God and man is direct and profound.  There is no middleman because it isn't needed.  The goal should be the acquisition of virtue and good character.  These things can be acquired by keeping within the natural law of God's creation.  And that is all for which most people are responsible.  We don't need any religious nonsense to satisfy God.  What we need is to build good character within ourselves in order to defeat the evil.  Evil is weak and ineffective, and there is no good thing that can come from it.  And people who are engaged in evil are then slaves to it.  There's a reason why it is called bondage.

"But the virtuous man has absolutely no obstacle at all since he rises up against, and resists, and overthrows, and tramples on love, and fear, and cowardice, and pain, and all things of that kind, as if they were rivals defeated by him in the public games.  For he has learnt to disregard all the commands which those most unlawful masters of the soul seek to imposed upon him,"

Notice the use of the words "unlawful masters."  Can we not apply them to our religious and political leaders?  All politicians and religious leaders I am aware of are chronic liars and only use God's laws if it suits their agenda.  But when their laws are in opposition to God's order, then they will use their own laws and attempt to usurp the authority of God.  These people are losers because their actions will incur the wrath of God.  They not only disrespect God's wishes but also, they want to replace God with a form of a "god-state."  If evil people cannot reside within God's natural order, then he is a slave to the depravity of Satan.  There is no point in cursing evil people because they have already done it to themselves.  This is why it is very important to build the character with virtues.

"..though still the laws of nature, which are more stable than those of men,..."
You don't really need a philosopher to point out this fact, but many of us just haven't thought about it very much.  God's existence is self-evident in nature itself.  Nature or the created thing isn't God, but simply the creation of God.  No one but a complete lunatic would deny the existence of God.  Now, to be fair to atheists, it is my opinion that what atheists really object to is organized religion more than they disbelieve in the existence of God.  I think all of the religious groups in the world do more harm to the betterment of mankind than any explosion of a nuclear weapon.  Most are rabid liars, and they don't have a clue about the natural order of life.  All men are in awe and admiration of the things of nature and nature can give us better entertainment or enjoyment than anything in the various medias.  And by observing nature, we see how it has worked for thousands and thousands of years; flawlessly, with unspeakable beauty.  My goal in life is to finish it out observing those natural laws and try to keep my mind free of the intellectual garbage that has done so much damage to us all in the past.  Nature's laws work for the betterment of everything; man's laws do not.  The stability of nature's laws is self-evident, and there can be no argument within rational thought.

"But the virtuous man does do everything wisely; therefore he alone is free.  And indeed the man whom it is not possible either to compel to do anything or to prevent from doing anything, cannot possibly be a slave; and one cannot compel or prevent the virtuous man."

This is a very important point.  A wise man cannot be compelled to do anything that he doesn't want to do.  A virtuous man cannot be corrupted.  And I think that if more men and women made it a point to avoid their evil inclinations it would make their lives--and those around them-- a lot more pleasant.
No matter what the situation, the virtuous man will always have the upper hand in everything because he is setting his foundation upon the natural law that is in turn established by the God who created us.

"...But the wise man only desires such things as proceed from virtue,..."

A virtuous man understands that there is nothing to be gained from the fruit of evil.  There is no benefit to evil.  The wise man only desires that which he has lawfully gained and not from
that which was obtained through an evil source.  There is a lot of self-preservation in knowing how to be a good man.  Most of all the bad things that happen to us be a result of the evil we have done.  Of course, we do know that sometimes bad things happen to good people; but I'm not talking about that.  I know just about every reader can identify something bad that happened to them, and many times may have thought that somehow God paid him back for the evil that he had done.  Every man who builds up his own character is the one who becomes pleasing to God and he doesn't have to worry about God's wrath paying him back for any evil deeds.

"..and thus the people are taught piety, and holiness, and justice, and economy, and the science of regulating the state, and the knowledge of such things as are naturally good, or bad, for indifferent, and to choose what is right to avoid what is wrong, using a threefold variety of definitions, and rules, and criteria, namely, the love of God, and the love of virtue, and the love of mankind.  Accordingly, the sacred volumes present an infinite number of instances of the disposition devoted to the love of God, and of a continued and uninterrupted purity throughout the whole of life, of a careful avoidance of oaths and falsehood, and of a strict adherence to the
principle of looking on the Deity as the cause of everything which is good and nothing which is evil."

In most decisions of our lives, the primary issue should always be this: Is it good or is it evil?  This is what we all should be asking ourselves before we do anything.   Then remember that if we choose good, then we are free; and, if we choose evil, then we become slaves.  We should be matching up our thinking with God's commandments and His natural law.  God created everything to be good and He didn't create any evil as mankind does that himself through the exercise of his free will.  Notice that he also warns the reader to avoid oaths and falsehood.  I've written a lot about the dangers of the oath on this blog, and I just want to point out that I'm not the only one what has noticed the evil of oath-taking.

"..Slavery, then, is of two kinds; slavery of the soul and slavery of the body.  Now, of our bodies, men are masters; but over our souls, wickedness and the passions have the dominion.  And we may speak of freedom in the same manner.  For one kind of freedom gives fearlessness of body in respect of any dangers which can come upon it from men of still more powerful body; while the other produces peace to the mind, by putting a check upon the authority of the passions."

Evil and passions have a way of putting us into a type of stupor to where we do evil things and we can't seem to control it.  By exercising a little self-control, any man can separate himself from evil and build up his character by obeying God's commandments and stay within the natural order.    The mind and the soul should be the easiest things to get under control.  I'm just expressing an opinion here because I think these passions of the soul are contained within every man's body.  Once the mind and soul are free, then the work can begin to get the body out of slavery too.  This may be more difficult because that would take the consideration of the oppressors and that's not likely to happen.

The reason that I found this article so interesting is that it shows the relationship of a man who is good and stays within the natural law which is easy to understand.  Religions seem to blur the common sense that God established under natural law.  When I conduct my behavior to be in line with God's commandments, I seem to have  more inner peace and I don't have a lot of bad things happening around me.  This is in contrast as I look back in my life and I can attribute some bad things happening to me because of my disobedience to God's law.  Having said that, I am not a religious man, and I don't practice any religious rituals because they always have the potential to lead me into idolatry.  I just leave all religious rituals alone as they are too dangerous to use.  I don't go to any churches or religious functions  because there is simply too much idolatry.  If I read any religious writings, I always try to confirm them with God's commandments or the natural law.  If the writings don't fit those parameters, or there are a lot of contradictions, I just leave them alone as they will be too unreliable to base a true faith in God.

Goodness and virtue are things that every man, woman, or child should be pursuing rather than digging themselves deeper and deeper into the hole of evil.  Everyone should be using rational thought and ask themselves if their beliefs in anything stand the test of common sense.  In addition, there is no sense in studying evil people and evil events.  They are what they are and it is destructive to the mind to keep studying things that are stupid; nothing smart comes from it.  Sure, you need to know the basics, but after that, there's no sense in view it over and over again.  Keeping the mind continually focused on the goal of becoming a good man or woman should be of the highest priority.
